in the temple of Arche Koeln.

Who quests for the Twilight Dragon.

Unknown where the Cursed Wave was born…
After the stars doth cross the heavens,
The sky in the East doth darken and air doth fill with mourning.
From the chosen land beyond the forest, a sign of the wave comes.
Riding the wake is Skeith, the Shadow of Death, to drown all that stands.
Mirage of Deceit, Innis, Betray all with the flawed image, and did aid the Wave.
And by the Power of Magus, a drop from the Wave doth reach the heavens, and creates a new Wave.
With the Wave, Fidchell, the power to tell the dark future, hope darkens, sadness and despair rule.
Gorre schemes when swallowed by the Cursed Wave.
Macha seduces with the sweet trap.
Wave reaches the Pinnacle, and escape none can. Tarvos still remains with more cruelty to punish and destroy.
And with the turbulent destruction after the Wave. Only a void remains. From deep within the void arrives Corbenik.
Perhaps then the Wave is just a beginning as well.

In the Epitaph of Twilight, the Cursed Wave is the name of the malevolent force that seeks to destroy the world. In order to destroy the Cursed Wave, they send two half-sprites (which cast a shadow) and a human to the Wavering Peninsula at the Edge of the World, accompanied by Fili the White and Bith the Black along the way.

The Cursed Wave is the name used by the .hackers to collectively refer to the 8 Phases of Morganna due to the fact they take the eight names of The Wave.

The Eight Phases of the Wave originally existed only in the Epitaph, but as Morganna began to malfunction, she made them into parts of herself, forming her own data into the monsters, and sending them to capture Aura and halt her growth. Despite their power, each of the Phases was eventually defeated by Kite and the .hackers.

For our RPG they will be NPC's for now. I also would like to incorperate the rest of the Epitaph of Twilight into the plot. Our plot is that of the first four games: Defeat the Wave. As Kite would say. I'm also still unsure of knowing who Kite and Blackrose were, etc. I think if we have Helba around we'd be okay on info...

As for power...I need your input on who can weild the The Twilight Bracelet. It is an item that gives the user the ability to Data Drain and Gate Hack. Its power may prevent the user's data from being altered, though this might also be simply a secondary effect of the install book used to acquire it. I might allow us al to have one power of it. Gate Hack, Data Drain and maybe another if I can think of one.

I'd also like to have us each be 1-2 Players. I also want to expore Offline Lifestyles also. I also think romance is fine.

Before I set up CS's, I'd like us all to talk about anything that needs addressing.

What do you mean by incorporating the rest of the epitaph into the plot? Isn't a majority of it already there? Helba. The phases. Lios (King of light...sorta), Twilight dragon I guess is like the twilight bracelet.

Black Rose has her own book series so we know who she is mostly. Kite is suppose to be the player behind the character in the games which is why his offline life is pretty vague. Is Kite gonna be in the story still or do we take his place?

I agree with this unless there's someone who can takeover the position. Maybe we'll get info from king of light. *shrugs*

I dunno about who should wield it. How about we ask who wants the bracelet first before finding a way to decide from there? The bracelet has no other abilities besides data drain and gate hack unless we should add another effect. Oh, maybe the protection from data being altered should be the last separate power.

What do you mean offline stuff? Like meet in real life? Or do stuff in real life like the people did in the DVD included with the game?

About Blackrose and Kite. I was thinking of having it be pre or post them. So I'm not sure I want to make the players 'known' as they were in the Twilight anime you know? I don't think they should be in our RPG unless we play them and the other cannons.

I wouldn't mind having the Bracelet but I don't want to just take it and be like: Ha. I have it cause I said so. I want to hear from everyone.

I mean offline like Mia and in Liminality. The DVD's that were with the games, yes, I mean I think our players might want to talk outside of the game too, right? Just a thought. We can do a lot with it if we wanted.

I say don't include Black Rose or Kite at all as it interferes with our story in many ways. I think it should be pre, maybe in the prototype version of The World. What was it? Fragment? If we do post them, it would have to be pretty early as any further they would be quite famous.

Yes, our characters would probably like to talk offline but that depends on geographical location. Also, remember the saying they used in the DVDs? Something like online friends should stay online or shouldn't meet. But I say yeah, going offline and doing things might be cool too. ^^

Well it would all depend on the person. But I think we could always have some get together. I'm planning out at least two characters. We also need to remember about the Three people parties. And a way to get around it is to form many parties and just all go together to the same place. I always found that to be a loophole.
