Well this is my first time making a RP in the casual section so..*crosses fingers*

There are a few questions that have been answered here: Interest Check: Embodiments...modern fantasy like RP So be sure to check that out first if you have a question.

There are forces that effect us in our everyday lives. Elements, Emotions, Ideas, Concepts, and energies in general. These forces are watched over by beings who maintain their equalibrium. If one opposing force gains more power than the force it opposes they use their abilities to restore the balance. These beings are sometimes called eternals. Though the truth of the matter is that they are not eternal at all. Every few aeons these beings must summon forth their replacements. These replacements are formed from a part of the eternals. After thier formation they are granted knowledge that will help them in their test. Yes these new beings must take a test to see if they are worthy. most often they pass the test and are granted their throne, but if one of them were to fail then the current forces would get their powers back and continue to live and reign for another few aeons until the next test. It is easy to see that the current eternal wants their replacement to fail so that they do not cease to exist. The only problem is that while this test is happening the current eternals lose their powers to the replacements.

Now on to the information about the test. The test is actually very simple the new eternals must survive one year as humans. There are many choices involved for the new beings. One thing that is open for choice is age the eternals can appear in the human world in any age they wish but they are stuck with their desicion after it has been made. Another choice is the guardians whom are humans that the eternals imbue with their powers so that they may have help in surviving. These humans must help of their own free will of course but if they do help the eternals then the guardians get to keep their powers for the rest of their lives and are often protected when the new eternals take their throne. Though the old beings of power hold no control over their abilities during the test they often try to influence things in other ways such as sending beasts know as the Rez to interfere. The special thing about the Rez is that they can only be killed by humans or humans with the eternal's power. That is the main reason guardians are chosen. Though it may not be noticable to some there is a sign as to if a person is chosen by an eternal. The said chosen person obtains a symbol on their skin where ever the eternal touches during the power bestowl period. The symbol is one that represents the new eternal and is often anything that one can imagine. When the eternal's power is used said symbol glows.

The information of the game has now been disclosed for the most part. May this current test begin!

Dislikes: Lightning rods, sky scrapers, and other tall objects- they change the natural location that lightning should strike.

Indeed it is....hopefully we'll get some Eternals soon or else this won't turn out as I planned. Which is why I am using two characters myself.

You said that the eternals have limited abilities during the year of the replacement test. Can they only release the Rez, or do they have some of their abilities?

The current eternals only have the power to release the Rez. While on the other hand the eternals taking the test have some abilities but cannot use them on a large scale.
