Another unique twist on the Zombie Survival RP I have been seeing alot of. For no real reason too.

GROUND ZERO
It has been 12 years since the end of The War. 13 since the end of The Great Panic. Those many years were a vision of hell in the truest sense.
Zombies...Many "Experts" neglect this term, yet no other word is more accepted to the infected monsters that walked this planet and nearly ended Human Life.

How did it start? Who made the Virus? We know the answers now. One day, a man..a Journalist who was writing a book about First hand experiences in the Zombie War, came to me and interviewed me.
I told him the whole story. About my four friends and I...And how we were caught in the middle of the Beginning...Ground Zero of the Zombie War.

Bio: Shigan was a regular college student before the Zombie Apocalypse. He was with his friends from college when the zombies came. He hadn't known what was going on

Name: Frank Marshall

Appearance: Frank Marshall

Weapons: Brass knuckles and improvised club (just pulled a leg off one of the desks)

Personality: Franks all about plans, he needs everything to be ready and set before he feels comfortable, he does have the urge to be spontaneous every once and a while but only when he doesn't have the time required to think, Frank cares for the well fare of the people around him but his pride stops him from showing it, all in all Frank can be a mystery at times.

Bio: Frank grew up in a rough part of the city, he tried his best to keep out of everything but he slowly found himself being dragged in, it was by luck that Frank got to college and it has now become his excuse to dodge his less than respectable friends, Franks time on the streets taught him how to be tough and how to fight, but he never imagined something like this happening.

I'm in.

Hope you don't mind that I'm setting the flashbacks in 2024 as a concrete date: if you want it to be pushed farther back...by all means do that, I'll make the change in my biography to the appropriate anniversary of Antietam.

Appearance: Short brown hair, green eyes. He's just shy of six foot tall, and has a penchant for old clothes, particularly those of the mid 19th century and the more formal day wear of the early 20th Century. He also can regularly be seen wearing the full blue uniform of the Union army since he is a Civil War reenactor.

Weapons: defarbed ArmiSport manufactured Pattern 1853 Enfield rifled musket with original leather sling, Enfield bayonet, 80 rolled .577 minié cartridges, 240 percussion caps.

Personality: He's a rather straightforward soul and a good shot with his reproduction firearm. He's an outdoorsy type, loving to sleep with nothing but a gum blanket beneath him and a woolen blanket above, his knapsack as his pillow. He's also a pipe smoker, picking up the habit when he started reenacting three years ago.

Bio: James was born in New York and did pretty well in school, eventually finding himself in Maryland at the school of his choice. He is a sophomore and fraternity brother with Sigma Nu, whom he chose because of their strong Civil War heritage. He goes to the firearms range weekly to fire a few dozen rounds from his rifle, and he reenacts regularly, so he's used to the noise and chaos of conflict, though the most danger he had ever come into before had been an errant ramrod that someone had forgotten to take out of the barrel of their musket during a reenactment, the pile impaling itself on the tree James was hiding behind while portraying Union Skirmishers at 160th Antietam last year.

Both accepted. And Gilbert, you took my Civil War idea! Ahwell. That can be how we met.
And I guess this can be set in the future...

And I would like the last friend to be female, if possible.
