Personality: Having no intrest in official buisness with the NPS Rook instead spends his time listening in on their communications and follows their operatives around in the pursuit of viruses. He generally doesn't like the NPS operatives and ignores them when they try and keep him from doing ehat he sees as his duty. Quiet, aggressive, and altogether confident.
Background: When he was uploaded to the internet he carried with him the knowledge needed for basic digital construction. Not wanting any part of the NPS he gathered raw data materials and constructed his own means of fighting the viruses. He has constructed his own weapons for the task. His gun(pictured above) is the only ranged weapon he uses and mostly uses it when persueing particularly fast viruses or fleeing from those too big for melee. His primary weapons are a pair of the digital equivilent of swords which snap together ar the pommel to make a bladed staff. The swords are of average length; 1 foot. But when they are combined into the staff they extend to make the staff 4 feet long.


Naturally he requires a way to get from one place to another and it must be fast to keep up with NPS transportation so he has a modified motorcycle which, though with no weapons to speak of, is tuff enough to present a problem to viruses should Rook decide to run them over.

As a one man team he does have some experience with the viruses in question and can judge how best to deal with it but does not have the expertise that a programmer would.
