Rules for "Just Another Day In The Life..."

1. Please post a character profile here in OOC and wait for approval to start posting. I can't think of any reason I might not approve so this is just for controlling numbers.

2. No making your character inhumanly talented and awesome. Everyone has weaknesses, flaws etc

3. No power-playing plotlines, examples of this involve deciding the actions of another persons character to take the plot in the direction you want

4. Have fun

Bio: Just your normal teenager, trying to get through life the easiest way possble. Likes punk, rock and metal music particularly but enjoys most genres. His interests include playing the guitar, swimming and video games in general. he recently moved out into a small 2 bedroom house which his uncle had left him.

Name: Persephone Monroe
Age: Eighteen
Hair & Eyes: Brown hair, brown eyes

Bio: Persephone, or Seph, was named after a Greek goddess because her mother had been so much into the mythology when she was born. Her father worked as a lawyer and because of such, she never saw him and neither did her mother. They divorced when she was ten years old. She has an older sister who lived with her in their house with her husband. Persephone finally got tired of dealing with what she had to deal with at her house, i.e. her sister's husband and their money problems, so she got out into the real world to find a different place to stay, when she found a two bedroom house and decided to see if she could occupy the other bedroom.

As far as music goes, she listens to about anything and everything, minus country. She enjoys art as in photography, writing, singing, things like that. There is a small gas station that she works at in the local city, a rather busy gas station, so she gets paid pretty well. It's enough to pay for where she lives, anyway, with a bit left over for emergencies and groceries and such things.

Bio: Kasi was born in late May to Riki and Jacob Anderson. She was an only child since her mother suffered a lot during her pregnancy and childbirth. She grew up living the life. Her mother was a model and her father was a businessman. Kasi always got what she wanted, no matter what it was. Soon, at age fifteen, she fell into the tattoo and piercing stage. She got her bottom lip pierced on the right when she was fifteen and she got her first tattoo, a quote from a book, tattooed on the back of her neck when she was sixteen.

At eighteen she graduated Valedictorian from her high school. Nowadays, she is working at the bakery in town. Its called Big Dog Bakery and its rather well known. She is living on her own in a one bedroom apartment and she is planning on getting another tattoo soon.

Bio: Josh grew up without knowing his parents, being an orphan and all. When he was 12, he was adopted by a family with another boy roughly his age. About a year after being adopted, his "brother" was killed by a drunk driver. His adoptive parents weren't the kind to go crazy and blame him for everything, they just went on loving him as if he was their blood son (but oh yes, there was some mourning, some done of Josh's side too). He found a home in music and sports, always found outside playing with groups of kids varrying in ages from 10 to 20. On his first christmas with his new parents, he got a guitar, and after a few lessons from his dad, he has turned out to not be that bad of a musician. One thing he is good at is being able to listen to a song and hit the right notes almost all of the time. He drives a motorcycle. At this point, he has a year until he has to go to college, and is doing some stunt driving for money. He still plays the guitar, but mostely in his free time. He has a 1 bedroom apartment in a pretty nice complex, having decent neighbors... though one's about 23 and has a little too much fun with the ladies from friday nights to monday mornings... an explenation to why Josh isn't usually home around certain times...?

Name: Lissa Hales

Age: 19

Hair: Carmel colored

Eye: Green and browinish yellow

More info: I can't seem to find a picture I want so I'm going to go with explaining it here if that's aright. She's about 5' 6" and weighs almost 150 lbs. Her hair is usually a bright carmel brown color but depending on the months it can get darker. Her eyes have a green ring on the outter part of the iris and are a yellowish brown towards the pupil. (I have a picture of the eyes for those who want to see) She's averagely built but beyond that nothing special.

Bio: She spent most of her life in the average life. She lived in a family that had four kids with a single mother. They lived paycheck to paycheck so she never had very much. Thanks to friends and grandparents she'd become a fairly decent person.

She plays softball and soccer, and enjoys just about every kind of music. She lived on her own for the past year and a half, and is enjoying the freedom of no siblings. She owns very little in her one-bedroom appartment (perhaps if Josh agrees, at the same place he does?). A TV, computer, telephone, cellphone, and some videogame consols. She does odd jobs here and there but has yet to find anyting permant that she's been able to keep down since she's afraid to drive.

I doubt many people actually pay attention to this thread after they are accepted, I'd suggest PMing Desperado and asking if you want to ethesame place To be honest I shouldnt think it would bother anyone.
