LOST in a Neverending Dream

The Ressurection

It started only three years ago, a machine was invented to send millions of people into a neverending sleep. There were twenty-six test subjects. And they were There were of course, eight women and eight men. Divided equally for the survival in the linked dream world.

There was immediate success and creatures of all kinds were sent into the realm where no one could die unless they wanted to wake up. Anything could happen in this place, there could be war, there would be strife, and there would be people who vied for peace and harmony. There were two separate groups however. The scientists tried to unite them but they refused and just grew farther apart.

There was an even amount of bad and good on each side, though it was soon to cause tragedy. It was only two years into the realm when someone 'bombed' the real world and everyone had gotten stuck in the dream realm,

The dream world was a non-polluted, forest-like place, having the big cities built into the trees, some hidden inside mountains. For the most part technology has died off, and small electronics are the only things that have survived. There are no cars, but there are rural forms of transportation. In most people's opinion it's the perfect Utopia. Peace and harmony reigning free. The people inside the realm don't know what's been going on in the real world. Some people however, are having dreams of the real world, seeing that it has died except for a few large forests and there is not much life other than the animals...and creatures that have been appearing lately. They wonder who or what is creating these dreams, and what they mean. Is the world beginning again?

The Truth Shall Be Told..

The rare characters are some of the following.
- Elemental Humans
- Human/Animal Hybrids
- Half Demons....
And whatever else you can think of that could possibly be rare or endangered.

RULES:
1. I expect you to all be mature enough to handle swearing, sexual jokes/gestures/or anything along those lines. This goes the same for drinking and smoking or other drug related items.

2. There will be absolutely no one liners in the OOC! That is unacceptable in this RP area! I can't stand it! *cringes*

3. Please respect everyone.......it's not cool to try and kill someone. ^^;

4. Please tell us if you want to quit this Roleplay so we can have a character kill you or something! It'd be very disappointing if you didn't! Or if you'll be gone for a certain amount of time we can prepare to send your character to go hiding in a place of sorts and they won't return until you're back! I don't know how many times that has happened to Roleplays on any site! It's saddening!

5. There will be no talking like 'How R U' and stuff like that! That's annoying on so many levels! This is a roleplaying site people! Seriously! For literate people! Not texters!

6. Please have fun! This is the most important part! You can't be bored and create beautiful posts! *dances* Lol!

* Personality: Charlie has a rough exterior, not one to back down, nor is she one to give in. She's been an outcast from her demon village for a very long time, and has found no place to call home. So she wanders the plain, killing other demons, even her own kind, for money, or a wonderful snack of blood. She is a lonely soul, though she has trouble showing such things. But she's a very kind person to children, and is vicious towards men who try to flirt with her. She's quite passive to most flirting, ignoring it and paying more attention to a pecuiliar speck on the wall then the man talking to her, but who could blame them? She is very beautiful.
