three years after the events of Metal gear solid 4:guns of the patriots.
the patriots are dead, there system has been destroyed.The world returns to zero.Peace reigns and ever nation is free from control....
But as everyone knows when theres a power void, someone will step up to claim power. There will allways be control...

Flip forword three more years.Each nation has now balenced out.
Even though the patriots were secret,there control was'nt.The loss of the system screwed up more than it should have, when it was destroyed.
After recovering the world returned to normal.But several of the higher ups of the worlds offical's had disapeared along with billions of the usa's money.
They had used this blank spot of confusion to disapear.

Creating an independant state deep to the south of south america.
One more year ahead and the nation of promise has grown in power.
Now recognised by the world as there own country,they have grown to encumpase alot of the south.There armies have been growing and because of there might,they have avoided all reguations on military.
Fearing a conflict with a powerful nation on there doorstep, american goverment sanctions the use of covert soldiers for a secret mission inside enemy lines.
due to the speed required to start the mission,new agents will be sent in fresh out of VR training as a team.
There mission is to infiltrate Promise,and retreave any infomation on there miltary.

head of BBIS unit alpha.He will direct the team before starting there mission,he has had a decorated carreer and has served over 30 years in the navy.

Govener Holds:
The man who decided to split from the usa and make his own country with the help of six other diplomats.

Character ID: Always is surrounded in an almost clear layer of smoke. Also only has half a face.
Personality: Toys with people's minds, he is a devious man. Doesn't talk much, and is reluctant to follow orders from anyone.
Bio: He was found in the woods, body burnt almost beyond use, resurrected as a cyborg, used for military purposes now. No records are shown of his birth, his previous experience, all that is known is that he had dog tags with the name and information scratched off.
Specialty: CQC (Close-Quarters Combat)

Raiden is pretty cool, but also kind of gay. I mean, seriously, he had high heels in the 4th game, but could used Pikachu's Thunder. Ergo, pretty cool, but kind of gay.

Yeah, but Snake was one in a million, an uber-soldier. I doubt that there'd be another in as little as six years. Maybe there was some other project that was kept secret from them, something along the lines of Raiden but with accelerated aging or something. Oh, oh, what about someone who believes that they're Snake? Then there could be some psychological thing that he finds out later, it could be some cool plot point, maybe.
