Just to make sure for everyone (though this does sound like a severe undermining of intelligence, and I apologize for that), the city will have all it's normal city things.
Hospitals, firehouses, police stations, prisons, schools, bars, skyscrapers, construction sites and an air-force base for Unknown Pilot.

Anything else normal and city-like can be included too.
