Age: 24

Appearance: Tuomas stands at an even six feet, his build thin with lean muscle, toned from his desire to stay as healthy as possible. Raven hued hair falls to the bottom of his lowest rib in loose waves. Light green eyes rest easily under his brow, lined with kohl more often than not. Three small earrings reside in either lobe and a number of tattoos decorate his body (mostly his arms)

Personality: Calm, introverted, introspective, caring, Tuomas is the kind of man that isn’t well known, often keeping to himself. Though he is a very private person when it comes to his own affairs, Tuomas is always there for those who become close to him. Not simply as a shoulder to cry on but as a true listener, who does his best to help anyone sort through their problems, offering his own thoughts and even advice if asked. Seems to place the utmost faith in everyone else and reserves none for himself, often resulting in depression and severe lack of confidence and image of self worth.

Bio: Thomas was born the epitome of a mutt, his ancestry ranging from all corners of Europe. Raised in a Catholic family, Tuomas turned to druidic paganism at an early age, resulting in contempt from each of his family members. Save one. His grandfather, on his mother’s side, who was of Finnish descent, for the most part, and always called him Tuomas instead of his American given name.

Tuomas legally changed his name the moment he turned seventeen, a day after he finalized his emancipation. His grandfather, Janne Kivilaakso, died only a few months later. Tuomas was intrigued by literature at a young age, a love of his grandfather’s passed on through him. Later on he developed a love for music and began his study of the cello, and finally fell into a passion of art.

None of these, save music, ever got him anywhere and for the past year five years he has been kicked out of one apartment after the other. The last month he has been playing at the only pub in the area while living in his vehicle.

Name: Raymond Skalter

Age: 23

Appearance: Overweight, bearded, curly brown hair, 5'11", usually has his head down as if in thought or just bummed out.

Personality: A very nice guy, Ray is shy and has a rather narrow view of social premises. He is rather honest, if only because he is bad at lying. Smart (in a general way) but lazy as hell. He tends to avoid his problems like the plague. Not very ambitious and easy to please. Likes food, video games (shooters and sci-fi games), has a general appreciation for anime, creative writing and art (the last of which he has no talent in). Generally believes in Logic over Emotion, but he has been trying to change. Problem is, he's usually not feeling emotional. Generally shy, but working on that too.

Bio: Ray was the first of four children, and he didn't much enjoy living at home, as he quickly learned that to be left out of the constant bickering at home between siblings, he should leave himself out of it. This life philosphy affected him greatly and so it defines who he is today, regardless of how much he wants to change it.

Ray was brought up Lutheran Protestant, but became agnostic and remains so now. He sees the need for faith in one's life, but cannot quite accept Christianity, and cannot see himself converting to any other faith. However he may feel about it, he cannot deny that his morals have some degree of Christian background to them.

His school life was spent with a small cadre of close friends, who shared similar ideas to his. A number of them include discresion, a disregard for the rules whenever beneficial, Since he considers himself seperated from normal society, he has some interesting ideas in politics (beyond his general apathy towards the subject), and he strives to connect himself to people, hoping to remake the small cadre of friends that he had in school that had shaped him.

Now, he dropped out of college, since he decided 'four more years of essays, tests and lectures are total bull,' and works at a local bar.... washing dishes. He's rather content at his job as it only really requires standing for hours and it pays decently, which for him is somewhat low. He paid off most of his college tuition with his college fund, but he's somewhat worried about paying off the rest and having enough money to survive. He tends to keep in touch with his old high school buddies more than his family, which has him mildly guilty, but he tends not to think about it.
