My name is Selina Brightwood, and the year is 2273, April 17. I am the Captain of the ship called the Ragaiso. We are Space Pirates, We fight to liberate the universe from a Tyrannical Government. They fill that they can do what ever they want and people are just going to accept it. Well They are wrong, WE WILL NOT LAY DOWN, WE WILL NOT GIVE UP! If anyone is listening to this Transmission, and you want to join out fight, then respond, We are waiting.

*Transmission ends*

Flashing light flashed on the screen of Selina chair, the ship is being attack by one of the United Planet Warships called Phoenix. The Warship is closing in on them and it looks like they are going to go for the kill.

Aboard the Phoenix

"Sir The pirate ship Ragaiso is with in firing range of our rockets"

"Good, proceed and wait for my order"

"Sir"

Aboard the Ragaiso

Selena stretched in her chair, "Are these guys for real? Do they really think that they are going to get us that easily," She punched a few buttons, "How are the engines holding up?"

"Ma'am, They're waiting for orders to fire, Captain. Long range missiles, if I heard him right. That shouldn't be a problem, right. Should I fire up the Multiple Signal Beacon?"

The Multiple Signal Beacon was one of the Ragaiso get out of missile jail free cards. It creates multiple copies of the ship's comm signal, every other one being an inversion of the last, layering them each on top of each other with a .7 millisecond delay in order to create an effective scramble on all transmissions, in ship and out. Of course, each comm speaker on board had been outfitted with a de-scrambler so that the messages could be heard aloud, but not intercepted.

"No we should be ok," she added, "Still waiting on that report!"

"The Phoenix is a Castigator class Light Destroyer, 1300 Metres, heavy foward weapons, port and starboard guided rocket packs, dorsal particle beam turrets. No aft or ventral weaponry." someone else yelled out.

They were reporting on the enemies capability, "we should be able to handle this well enough. The Ragaiso had better weapon coverage. If we can get under and behind we will have the advantage, and hopefully the maneuverability to remain in its blind spot. Then we can punch a MAC shot through its engines and reactor or do we want to take her?"

"We want her working, try to disable the engines, Dammit HOW ARE THE ENGINES!" Selina was getting upset.

"Engines are running green, Cap'n. Weapon systems green. ECM, online. All systems nominal."

"Good, move in and disable the engines!"

The Helmsman had his legs hunched over the side of the seat, he was facing the controls as he had one hand over the light screen console, then what looked like the fingers of a master puppeteer at work. The ships propulsion system was amazing and since it wasn't limited to just the rear of the ship, he easily shifted the ship side to side and back around in several directions ending just in the blind stop of the phoenix. The captain's orders weren't really needed for him, his job was to seek positions of opportunity while avoiding damage at all costs, pretty simple.

"FIRE!"

The missile shot for the engines, the phoenix tried to shoot them down but to no avail the missiles disabled the engines and the ship lost 70% of it power they were sitting ducks.

"Open a com link to them, lets discuses their terms of surrender."

Bio: When she was only 8 years old she was at a protest rally with her family on Saturn, when the government invaded with their military might and killed all the men and women. They rounded up the kids and put them in schools to attempt to brain wash them, but she escaped with the help of Kadaeux Scagora and a few others. Selina has always been the one to take risks and it always paid of, like the way she acquired her ship but that is another story, She decided to call it the Ragaiso. She hoped that the name for some people out there it will be come a symbol of hope and freedom soon. She does not carry any weapon except the one Kadaeux makes her take when they leave the ship. She learned to fight from Kadaeux, and her Highly conditioned body allow her to pull off physical attacks that some could only dream of doing. The Ragaiso has over 100 crew members. its a fairly large ship and it is as agile as a small space fighter.

She was raised by space around pirates, they trained her to be very graceful on her feet and able to sneak in to most places that is locked down tight. Most people don't know this about her but she is really lazy, She doesn't give off that lazy attitude, she is full of energy when she not doing real work, that why she surrounds herself with people who is very skilled at what they do.

Equipment: She does not have any handy weapons like most of her crew, she holds dear to her a locket and she could never open given to her by her mother the day before she was killed, A hairpin, and a HaloDex (Small computer) where she stores logs just incase she is killed and people want to know her story.

Mannerism: Complete and Utterly and hatred for the Government of the United planets, she loves her crew and thinks of all them as a second family. She is also a Terrible cook but she think she cooks really good. Lazy.
