Edon, I have to say that I am excited you posted this OOC! Finally, a place to exert all my Trekkie enthusiasm *looks down at her toes*
Hmmm...I am not sure what job I would be best suited for. I have an affinity for plants, and have done things to that effect in other roleplays, so that leads me to think Science Officer would be best, if someone else has not already claimed it (I wasn't sure about that whole situation...). I hope that the Science officer might be able to partake in some away missions. Also, are you going to have a medical hologram or overseer for that department? I would be interested in controlling that NPC when the opportunity presents itself. Additionally, I may want to play a child aboard the ship or various NPC'd city-dwellers to react to some of the "anomalies" and threats we are bound to encounter. I am not too familiar with how military ranking works. You will have to let me know if my character(s) overstep his/their bounds. Though I do have a working knowledge from Star Trek: Voyager (and a touch of Next Gen), if things are going to work similarly. Finally (last thing on this post, I promise), could you post a link to the IC here when that is finished? Thanks!

And Edon, I was very impressed by how thorough your intro was for a casual rp. You may want to bump this up to advanced if you would like higher quality posting and bios and such. Those things are just a given there. Wasn't sure if you were aware of that, as you are relatively new here.
