Hi guys, where are the manananggal killers? Maybe someone could post a kill and we could all do reflections on our respective character's role in this mission?

I've been very busy, and planning to post and therefore kill, but work takes a higher role, and I'll post on this asap (trying to make a good battle scene that doesnt take everything from everyone else). Also I don't remember the promise, but I do remember saying I'd try to make it

Anyway, we're kind of held back by the manananggal not dying yet and there are some lose ends that we all need to tie up. So for real now, I'm giving all of us until sunday to finish up our stuff, and in the mean time, I'll post the intro to our second mission, just to get you guys hopefully excited.

Oh and by the way, I think I'll be opening some slots for this thread. We'll be replacing our sexy secretary and maybe adding some more agents to the mix.

Since I'm bored, I'll give us our new code names. I put codenames beside yours, if you don't like it, you can call dibs on others'. Haha. First claim rules apply. I tried to make things as unlikely as possible.

The only reason I didn't post was because I assumed that Ballog or Erk was going to kill it. I kind of set them both up with my last post so it doesn't really work to have me do anything. If neither of them can post, then I will, but I'd prefer to have one of them do it. My character isn't at the stage to be an "American Hero" yet.

EDIT: Also, I just noticed that Noelle has been banned. In case you guys didn't see that.

Oh no... we might have to replace her then? I mailed her, hopefully she can come back. While waiting, we can let Noelle stay at the hospital so we won't end up bunnying he too much.

And, Gen. Doli, maybe you can accidentally kill it.

And welcome Bonkutsu!!!! I'm so happy you could make it. You can replace our sexy secretary who has a knack for stealing and breaking and entering if you like. Also, a police liason would be nice, or something.

Edit: It occured to me that we need to move things along. So what I'll do is that I'll forward things to Seth and Noelle's hospital place, after three days of the manananggal incident. If Ballog, Stark and Antony kills the creature, kill it in a flashback, for now, it's something these three characters don't want to talk about okidokie?

Also, as summary for the new comers, we are an agency that kill ugly creature butts. We have killed a manananggal, a creature that splits in half and kills unborn babies etc. Some of us are injured and in the hospital, Seth of Connude, Ri of elryde and Noelle of Kilana. Some are injured and for one reason or another, are not in the hospital, like Sara of loStorico and Stark of Erk. Some are still kicking butt like Antony of Gen. Doli, Ballog of ch33no, Nicky of dope and Kundiman of me!!!!

Anyway, we have one mia player, marcus, our sexy secretary.

You'll come in more conveniently as a transferee from somewhere or from our main branch in Transylvania. Be creative.

Anyway, important announcement, by Friday, if people still don't come in they will be left in the hospital bed okiedokie?

Personality : Croix is obsessive when it comes to his work, so much so that it has left a string of broken relationships in his wake. This, of course, left to devastation when his organization cut him off, but Van Helsing has been good to the intrepid hunter of long tooths. Very quirky.
Quirks : Is a rather large fan of eastern animation and has a knack for making terrible references no one will ever recognize, as well as a fondness for Jpop.
Also, he freakin' hates garlic. Get that stuff away from him!

Background : Master Leon Lacroix started his life as an idealistic young chap, very fond of life, living, and all of that great stuff. However, he had an obsession with foiling the bad guys, like his heroes on the TV! Criminals weren't bad enough, so he didn't join the police force.

Soon, however, Croix's idealism failed him, leaving him a jaded young man working 7 to 9 at a convenience store in New York. One night, while contemplating the meaninglessness of his life over a bottle of Vodka at the local bar, he found himself tempted by the charms of a lusty barfly.

He had no idea she was a vampire, either. As she led him into the dark back alley where he believed he would score, a man in black with a whip awaited them both. The vampire's eyes widened, and the man struck her down with his mighty whip, but realized that Croix witnessed the act. Deciding that he couldn't simply kill the drunk boy, he kidnapped the lad and forced him into the Godhand Order. Worked for Croix.

(But Bonkutsu, how does that relate to the Van Helsing Agency?)

After a certain incident, Croix cut ties with the Godhand Order, leaving the vampire hunter jobless. Luckily, the agency down the road had an opening...

Appearance : Croix is a relatively tall man with some pretty scars. If you saw him in a dark alley way, you'd probably get the wrong idea.
Eyes : Black.
Hair : Black.
Skin : Brown.
Clothes : Croix often wears the common clothes of his past agency, a black combat suit, when he's going into battle. Otherwise, he'll just put on some comfy casual clothes.
Epics : Upon completing his training, Croix was granted Espoir, a vampire slaying whip, along with La Croix Rouge, a recurring, throwing cross. A few vials of holy water, too.

"Now, this is all well and good, but why can't I have a gun?" Croix asked upon getting his gear. He never received an answer. Nowadays, though, Croix's gained contact with weapons providers, those who have likewise been booted from the order. Some old friends. Curious, though, that although he was trained in firearm usage, he was never given weapons of his own...A couple of Washingtons rectified that.

I'm fairly certain that Kilana has been super-duper-IP-address banned. She got into trouble with the mods for a few posts in other roleplays and, by the look of her last couple of posts, I think she was planning on going in the same direction with this RP too.
