Here, this image will load way faster than that png file.
Always be sure to encode your files correctly. You probably saved that as a bmp image in paint or gimp and uploaded it. Right?  Anyway, I never delete images from my account, so the image is there for good. Just quote this message and grab the code or scroll down after clicking the thumbnail.
