Anyway, I think I'll post another poem.

Haha... this is something a little cliche so forgive me... it's about being with someone so much that you've fallen but you can't tell him so you tell yourself. Haha. Enjoy...

Talk Me Into

Ignore the tears at the corner of my eyes,

They’re there not because I’m lonely but because I’m tired

But I’m not blaming you for what I’m going through,

This is my problem, I’ll deal with or without you.

You didn’t talk me into anything, there were no words involved

Smiled, maybe but only because I was tired…

And maybe because I wanted to, needed to, wanted to

Be talked and smiled into things by you

You didn’t talk me into anything, you didn’t have to,

But you didn’t talk me out of it… though I’m not sure you could too.

So no help from you, I’ve expected that much,

Hell, you’re not even supposed to know all about this angst

Not supposed to know my actions mean much more

More than just the warmth, a secret heat, a hope,

Notice that I am not telling you this at all

That I don’t actually like it and that this is my down fall

But I’m hooked and helpless and defiant and I’ll rue,

It so much they’ll all think I am over you,

Even before they find out that I loved you.

Love you.

Still.

Hell.

I’m not asking for anything… not that much anyway,

I know where I stand, I am standing here still.

But what happens when you find out all the truth?

Will you still be there smiling like you always do?

Hmmm... I haven't updated this in a long time... because there aren't reviews... you can just review the las one.

Anyway, here's a song I wrote, melody and all. Am working on uploading it somehow but for the mean time, I hope you like the lyrics.

I'm still trying to breathe without your name on my lips,

And wouldn't it only be right, that I not chase you through my memories?
And not curse you for walking away from something you didn't know you had.
But what sin is hope that punishes me even in my dreams?
Where you walk away everytime I think I get so close...
enough to breathe you in, and softly call your name?
Where you wander around not to call my own,
but to keep me calling yours.
What escape is there in the morning?

Alright:

I don't pretend that I'm an accurate or worthy judge of poetry, but I shall look at your songs... and quite frankly, only Love Doctor. I'm the sort of person who'll tell you write what you want, and write for you. If others like it, or get it, that's awesome, and if they don't then screw them.

However, I really like Love Doctor... wish I had written it. I can hear the music in my head as I read it. Your other stuff doesn't do that for me, for whatever reason I can't find the rhythm in your songs... but Love Doc, I felt somehow. Maybe because it wasn't as dark and serious and emo. Of course, I put it to a Cheap Trick/Tommy Tutone pop-punk groove, you maybe want it emo.

Anyway, here's another one of my pieces. I was thinking to post one of my happier not so emo posts but then, skimming through them they were all so... emo. Here's a not so emo one... I think.

I think there's a country thing to it. It's a song and I imagine Faith Hill, Lean Rhymes of Jessica Simpson singing it. I can dream.
