CHAPTER ONE: MOVING IN

The alarm goes off. Reanne looks at her clock and yawns, sitting up on her bed. Today was the day she moved in with Ryan, her older brother who is 18. She stood up and stretched her thin arms out, then walked over to her wardrobe, realising all her clothes where in a box. She bent down till she got under her bed, her thick black bangs covering her orange cat-like eyes.

She reached out for a black box and pulled it out, then brought it back to her bed. She opened it out and got out black skinny jeans, a baggy black top, socks, and black converse. She put them on then put her pyjamas in the box, sliding it back under the bed. As she got to her dresser, Reanne got out a brush and long black ribbon, then tied her hair up, her fringe still covering her eyes.

She put her stuff from her dresser in another box, then ran down the stairs into the kitchen, to her surprise, seeing Ryan “So lil’ sis, guess what your new school is?” Ryan said in his smooth but cool voice. Reanne loved him, he was the only person she liked. “What? Home school?” She asked, grinning. “Nope, your going to Willowbank” He said, then laughed “So you ready?” He asked again, then stood up, putting his mug of coffee on the table “Yup, am I!” She replied, then ran out to the car.

As Reanne got to the flat, she ran to the door, then Ryan threw the keys to her, so she opened it up and walked inside, amazed by the weird, but funky sculptures. She threw herself on Ryan’s sofa and turned on the T.V, watching “Chicken and Cow”. Ryan walked in with her three boxes and sat next to her, watching the show also. Although he was 19, he had the mental age of 5. He laughed at the same time as Reanne, then shook his head and walked up the stairs of the flat and dumped her boxes on her bed “You bedrooms upstairs, and all the other jun-“ He suddenly burst out laughing because of “Red” On the program Chicken and Cow. He jumped over the back of the sofa onto the seat and leant forward, watching like a little kid. Reanne laughed then got up, ran to her room, got her coat and ran back out “I’m gonna check out the place”

Nice your writing style, i liked this little bit. anyways, im not sure because i haven't watched it in years, but isn't the show named "cow and chicken" instead of "chicken and cow"? Meh, dosen't really matter. (im probably wrong anyways.)

CHAPTER TWO: MEETING MAX

As Reanne stepped outside the flat, a boy came out from the opposite side. Reanne smiled and waved, looking straight down at the ground because of her autism, then walked down the stairs. The boy ran over to her and smiled, his bright emerald eyes sparkling “Hey, never seen you round before, sup?” He said, walking down the stairs with her. Reanne continued walking down the stairs, then stopped at the lift “I’m Reanne, I just moved in across from you with my brother” She said, then smiled.

As the lift came, the boy went inside with Reanne, then grinned “Well, I’m Max, I hang around with your brother all the time, he’s sweet” He said, then Reanne grinned, tapping different things on her lap lightly, slightly humming also, waiting for the annoying “Ping” That always happened.

Max got to the ground floor with Reanne and looked around “So, your new… Need some one to show you around?” Max asked, grinning. Reanne just shrugged, then walked out whilst Max was doing something.

Max looked over, seeing Reanne gone, running outside and catching up. He leant over to her ear, and whispered “That a yes? He asked, then Reanne jumped “I, guess…” She said, then turned the corner into a shop, then took out Ryan’s wallet “Crap, I gotta go back” She said, then ran back to the flats with Max following.
