Cash. Beating the crud out of things. Bio: Kyle Strom was born on August 25, 1984 in Las Vegas and lived there all his life. His life was miserable, as was his sister's, Samantha. Their parents were poor and abusive all eighteen years they spent with them. This led Kyle to believe that all of life was cruel and terrible, and listened to his father's words "you have to do anything it takes to make it big!" Kyle and his sister started their criminal career as soon as they were out on their own, starting with the "five finger discount" to obtain food and personal needs. They moved up to bigger thefts month by month until they got to the point of single handedly robing a full bank. Their expertise earned them the eye of the city's wealthiest and most influential underground crime boss, John Brask of Brask Industries. Kyle was just a body guard and delivery boy for Brask, while Samantha was trained in fierce combat to become a top-secret assassin of Brask's. Kyle was able to overlook this bit of preferential treatment when he found out Brask had something very special for him. After the bit of trouble with Silver Streak, Brask thought that he needed some extra muscle. He assigned his best scientist and partner, Professor Synto, to create a special formula for super human mutation. Synto made a first formula, and Kyle was the first test subject. The test was a success, it not only gave Kyle the ability to greatly increase his strength, but at the same time it transformed his body into a massive giant man made out of bricks. When Silver Streak landed Kyle's, now called Bricks, sister in jail, Bricks swore revenge on the hero, and over the next couple of years, this bad boy and the silver crusader got caught up on opposite, and sometime same, sides.

Blood Type: AB+ Eyes: Aqua Hair: None Birthday: June 18th, 1973 Hometown: Palm Springs, FL Occupation: Police Chief Powers: Shoots spikes from his fingers and tongue. Spikes can be filled with various venoms. Bio: Born on the streets, Cobra grew up in the Bronx, a tough, mean old place. Starting life as a meager, small child, Cobra was often picked on. Then, at the age of 14, Cobra was attacked by a bully group. His anger grew quick, and all he could think of was hurting them as they hurt him. The next thing he knew, he felt something poke through each of his fingers, like a needle or a splinter. He saw that there were thorns coming out from them! He put his hand into the shape of a claw, and scratched at the bullies. This would have left them with minor cuts, but the cuts soon swelled, and the bullies found them to be extremely itchy! Cobra grew up only using such a thing as a defensive mechanism. He eventually became the chief of the PSPD. He is often aided by his nephew, the Freak, and friend of the family, Mr. Atomic.

His father left him and his mother shortly after he was born. Jason was always interested in fighting crime, especially after he found out his father shot his mother in a heist. This led him to donning his red cape and tights, as well as the identity of Dark Fox. He spent plenty of his life fighting crime, from one town to the next, and he is now a wise, caring protector of the peace.
