A single tear I cry for you and I cry for you alone
I wash my happiness in your blood; I trade it in for sorrow
a chilling breeze and pouring rain I stand before your grave
again to feel your breath upon my skin I would give anything
to the death you took I sigh a thousand sighs
a single tear I give to you and I offer you my life
so here I kneel before your grave a dagger to my heart
I lay beside your body now no longer are we apart
a single tear I no longer cry in sorrow nor in pain
for here I rest by your side

This was an interesting read. I like the story of it. I also like it that you ended it with the title. I guess I'd have enjoyed it more if it had a little more rythm to it. Anyway, keep writing.
