No trainer can obtain a legendary or shiny pokemon. They WILL be in the storyline, however.

I was gonna join this until I saw that Hiazi hasn't been on in four weeks. It's just fair warning that it's likely that he won't be coming back on for a while (if at all) to start this. Just putting it out there.
