Battle of the bands - OOC
A new 'Battle of the Bands' Contest has come out. Everyone is excited for it, and eager to join. The first prize for the contest is 10,000 dollars in music equipment, and a 12 hour recording contract. The second prize is 6,000 dollars in music equipment and a 10 hour recording contract. Third prize is 3,000 dollars in music equipment, and an 8 hour recording contract. Many bands have been popping up around the city where it is taking place, and you are in one of them.
RULES 1) All Forumn rules. 2) Limit all 'Romance', We don't want the band members distracted 3) This RP requires you to work together with other RPers, so keep on track with everyone else. 4) Have fun, and don't limit other peoples fun Character sheet Name: Appearance: Age: (All ages are accepted) Personality: What you would perfer to be in a band: (That way, we can get bands together) Breif Bio: My character Name: Kasey Telkesh Appearance: Past Shoulder length fire red layered hair, with black highlights. Has a fairly pale complection. Wears all sorts of band shirts with a black jaket over, and normally wears jeans,(But don't be surprised when she wears something really odd). Her make-up style is just like the one in my avatar Age: 16 Personality: Fun to be around, Loves music, and loves making jokes, but get serious when needed. What you would perfer to be in a band: Singer, Guitarist, or drummer (Either is fine with her) Breif Bio: She always had a tendency to dance like a maniac when no one was around. ALong with that she always played the air guitar/drums when listening to music. Lots of people say that she has quite the voice. She loved to sing classical music then rock it out. she likes to call herself 'The Awsomely beastly master of all music". She is really good at playing by ear.

What you would prefer to be in a band:Back up singer Brief Bio:Always loved to sing and dance since she was a small child. Also always loved to show off. She finally got the chance one day and performed as a back up singer in a popular band. She was always a great singer and the crowd loved her. She loves the loud noise of it all and wishes to continue her singing for as long as she lives.

No, Its okay. I've honestly never seen a battle of the bands, so i don't know if they use dancers or not... I was just saying that I wasn't expecting any dancers, but its okay.

Name: Vic "Rattlehead" Menza
Appearance: As is typical in a band, he has long hair, though his goes down to the small of his back and is an autumn-ish hue. His face is usually marked by some sort of hair growth. His clothes generally consist of band-shirts, jeans and maybe a nice jacket. Age: 23 Personality: Fun, laid-back guy who is all about perfecting the bands style, sound and overall quality. And he loves to drink, but not so much that he's a hopeless alcoholic. What you would perfer to be in a band: Rhythm Guitarist/Vocalist, Lead Guitarist, Bass player, Bass player/Vocalist Brief Bio: Ever since he was young he was in love with music. Ever since he snuck out at 13 with a fake ID to go see a Megadeth concert, he knew he wanted to be in a band and reach international fame. From 15 onwards he'd joined bands and played small gigs. Now, he's in a new band that he feels great about and has so much enthusiasm about.

Appearance: Dark black hair in a buzzcut, pale blue eyes and pale skin. Age: 18 Personality: Cruel sense of humor, messes with peoplesz alot. What you would perfer to be in a band: Singer, drummer Brief Bio: (I refuse!) As he was growing up, when he listened to his iPod way to loud, he would sing along without even knowing it, annoying most people. By the time he heard about the battle of the bands, he wanted to sing. ((I even made his last name into a German last name for 'Singer' haha.))
