Zombies were coming eventually... But at such a time... They infested the world faster than ever expected, even by those who were pessimistic about a possible Zombie Outbreak... Name: Jirou Nagasaki, or Net Gender/Sex: Male Appearance: Medium length, light brown hair and vibrant green eyes. Often found wearing a short sleeved, dirty, white undershirt, covered by a sleeveless, brown, open jacket, and baggy, blue jeans with brown sneakers. He wears a brown glove on his right hand that covers his elbow, leaving no exposed arm to see.

I think by a 'minor class 4 outbreak', he means it was a small amount of zombie sightings, but world wide.

Sorry was AFK... And Yes I mean there is still a larger population of humans compared to Zombies but it is worldwide when I say Minor... As in the virus is everywhere (Solomus... I am using Zombies as described in Max Brooks Zombie Survival Guide)...
Also the Virus can only be contracted between physical contact, or exesive zombie breath down your throat LMAO... And I will be controlling all aspects of the RP except for the RPers RPing the Sruvivors... So Combat between two RPers is up to you, but between an RPer and Zombies will be between RPer and me...
