Hey, this is my first RP so any suggestions or constructive criticism is welcome. But please be nice

The year is 950 A.D in medieval Europe, the king* that is in power is running the Kingdom like an evil dictator. He has been for the last five years. Of course he needs to have a tight rule over his kingdom when he has humans, demons, elves, dwarfs, Elementals, and vampires all attempting to live together in harmony(not very effectively) having the normal jobs of medieval ages like blacksmith and such. The king is a ruthless ruler and is a big fan of capital punishment and banishment. The main plot line is that all the creatures of this kingdom are tired of living in this oppressive life so that the king can be rich, and have to try to put their differences and fueds aside to take back their once great and peaceful kingdom.
