Guru can be eased into the story without much of a problem that I can vouch, as for the other guy...It will be difficult to add another person at this point. Not as in 'too many people' just more inconvenient to add.
We are all about to run from this port, sure he can join in the port, but he wouldn't be with us in the run, leaving him behind to do his own thing. I suppose let him join, though warn him his character is going to be left alone in a port where they aren't going to be very friendly anymore. If he still wishes to join knowing that, then let him, if not, the the problem is solved to a degree.

Hate to double post, but I just had to ask.
Am I the only one who has read that as it propelled the ship forward at speeds other vessels can't achieve? Felt I should ask since the popular concensus thinks the storm that was thrown behind us is trying to sink us and not be the catalyst for the speed. >_>

Hmm, I read it the same way. I dunno how physics would agree with it working out though. The masts might break. Magic though. . . Anyway, its prolly too late to do anything about it now.

Physics is broken every time magic is used (atleast how I understand a good part of it anyway). That and there is a story behind it now that Guru and I had a chance to talk about that.
