What if everything you knew, all of existence disappeared and got dragged away form you. Waking up in a strange world that you could only possibly imagine in your head. When that fantasy becomes a reality what can you do to head back home?

Story:

Best friends, people they have known since childhood, have awoken in a strange land they come to know as Amar. This mythical land, containing dragons, wizards, unnatural flying machines, all became real through their eyes after finding a strange ancient gem under a building site around their neighborhood. Each waking up in a different area around the world, all finding themselves end up in the same place wandering around confused of their surroundings. The great city of Hannel, the world's central hub of trading. However soon all find out what's truly going, a civil war in Amar. The army of darkness, following under the control of the kings only son. A stunning betrayal, yet with the military being stubborn with the war, will these new form of heroes save this strange mythical land and try to find their way home?

Rules:

1. Violence is allowed
2. Romance is allowed
3. Light swearing is allowed, but no overboard language and swearing when not necessary.
4. God Modding is not allowed, as usual.
5. Your free to choose your path, not having to travel in a group.

Name: Crystal Detrai
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality: A quiet type of person, she believes what is right even if right people believe what is wrong. She has a strange mind, sometimes lost in her own world. Loves her friends deeply and would do anything for them.
Specialty waking up: Able to control strange type of magic, manipulating it any way she wants. Using more powerful magical abilities tires her out easily, resembling a strange glowing matter that she still doesn't understand.
Background: She moved in the neighborhood when she was 5, a quiet girl who didn't fit in easily in her school. How ever she met many friends, living around her neighborhood and growing up doing everything together. Her quietness still stayed, though she finally found the words to say when around her friends. When discovering a strange artifact one night, showing her friends, she blacked out and awoke in a strange set of woods delusional. She passed out again, found by a trading caravan and taken with them. She awoke finally awoke once more, a bit fuzzy but finding herself on the road to Hannel.
Other Information: Questions the way things run in Amar, wanting to do something to change things without hurting people. She despises the civil war, finding what is happening cruel and unnecessary killing innocent people.

Appearance:
Personality: Lazy; not very comfortable in the wilderness, but doesn't mind getting her hands dirty; doesn't think that much before she speaks; really dislikes being alone and being in one place for too long. She's not stupid, but she's not exactly the smartest person in the world either.
Specialty waking up: Sword fighting.
Background: She was born and raised in the neighborhood. Most of her friends she has met there and known for as long as she can remember.
Other Information: She has never told anyone other than her ex, but she really likes the color and taste of blood.

Background: He moved to the nieghbourhood at 13, and didn't make many more friends.

Personality: Very friendly and up to the point. A very avid gamer and is very competative. Beingin the scouts he is used to be in the wielderness but the only problem for him is he is very scared of bats.
Specialty waking up: He has learnt to use the sword he is wielding.
Background: Well his father's job took him around different citys and finally they settled in the small neibourhood. He was very secluded and didn't really want to talk to anyone. After a while he got used to the neigbourhood but wouldn't trust many people.
Other Information: He was dressed up like that when he found the gem. He was heading somewhere else but the curiosity got the better of him.

Name: Frayle N. Vivid

Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality:A happy-go-lucky trickster kind of person. Chooses his fights wisely and doesn't fight anyone unless he has a perfect plan or he knows he can win. Sometimes uncooperative when fighting due to his own strategy.

Specialty waking up: Molecule Manipulation: can forcely bond together molecules of objects/elements. Meaning he can forcefully bond together elements that have loose molecules like liquid and gas turning them into soild. Once he bonds them he can never undo it. Takes quite a toll on him. Needs to use his hand directly on the specific element. Needs time to cast. Therefore, he is like a mage that is vulnerable when casting.(Tell me if this is godmodding and I'll be happy to change it.)

Background: A simple kid who sometimes does things alone specially if he thinks he can handle it. He hasn't experienced having a mother of her own because she died in a freak accident. His father raised him to always be smart and to never forget to have fun. They moved in into a whole new neighborhood and there he made new friends. One of her friends showed them a gem-like object where its flash engulfed everything. Moments later he found himself inside the great library of Hannel.

Other Information: He helps the scholars find a way to stop the bloodshed happening. In return they teach him control over his power because it requires too much skill for beginner to use. Scholars and other magicians are interested in him since he can turn most elements into solid.

Appearance:
Personality:A silent girl, but speaks when she has something to say. It is hard to get to know her, but when you do, you got a friend for life. She would do anything for her friends, and do anything to protect them. She is very gentle, cries at critism, because she feels that she is letting the person down. She is very Naiv.
Specialty waking up: Yvaine has a special "connection" to the stars, and she draws her magic power from them. Her magic is mostly healing, but sometimes unexpected things happen, withouth her controlling it. Even though the stars can contain unlimited power, Yvaines body can not. She can only use a little at a time, and if she overdoes, she gets helpless and has no controll over her magic. She can also see in the dark.

Background: She grew up as a lonely child, with practically no friends. She loved her father and mother very much, and it takes alot on her to be gone from them. She met her friends in high school, the first friends she ever had.

Other information: Yvaine loves the night and the dark, and her power is stronger at night than in the days. She doesn't like being in citys, because the lights overlight the stars.

Appearance:
Personality: Friendly, clever and homely. Felix is one of the wise ones in the group, kind and compassionate always providing a shoulder to cry on and a friendly hug. His kindness and intelligence often results in him being the butt of the other guys jokes but it no longer bothers him because he's still a valued member of the group.
Specialty waking up: Embraced by druids that trained his new magic. Can communicate with animals and plants, can exert some power over the latter, and also possesses advanced magic in protective charms as well as some healing (but I'll leave that to Yvaine)
Background: Moved into the neighbourhood aged 4 and so has grown up there. Only recently joined the group as he'd always been a geeky loner up until a year ago. His love of animals and nature and lack of sporting prowess left him bullied before but his only joked about by his mates now that he has them.
Other Information: High intelligence concerning the natural world, logic and reading people. Has a vast knowledge of medicines, natural cures, herbal remedies and plant usage. Good cook.
