A 'I Need More Characters' Thread

Many RPG's die if they dont have enough characters, and some RPG's are great, but lost in the crowd, or an RPGer feels that all the RPGs are started already.
I think there should be one so that RPGers could go there and join, and..
Well, you get my meaning.
I havent been here for very long, but I think it'd be useful.
