Okay, a bit of honesty. If someones character sheet was that long, I Wouldn't Read It.
It's overly descriptive, goes into unnessacary detail, and dosen't leave much room for character development. It would take about ten, twenty minutes, depending on your reading speed, to read through that. I don't have twenty minutes to spend reading up on the details of a single character. Consider what would happen if five people in an RP all had char sheets of that length. An hour or so reading up on characters. And that's before you get to reading the backstory. Soon you've got about half the Encyclopedia Britannica to read before you can join in the RP, if you want to know everything about it.
