An image thread

Hi, I've a new problem. Please help!.

I had an idea in my head to have a sort of thread where the people of my thread can post pictures of their characters and the characters around them. It's about a specific thread so it obviously belongs in the on topic. It can't be in the gallery because things have to be original to be posted there. But the thread maybe the first of it's kind. So help. Am I allowed to start a thread like this or not and if I am, where should I put it? There seems to be no rule against it but there also seems to be no specific spot for it. So there. Help?

What you are talking about sounds oddly like a thread's OOC. That's where we post our pictures anyway.

Normally people would post a picture of their character in their character sheet under Appearence, so therefore a thread for images isn't really nessecary.

I think what she is referring to is more along the lines of illustrations of things that happens in the RP.

She means pictures that the users themselves draw of their characters and how they react with others in the RP. Right, Ata?

Yup and something more to that effect. Instead of words you put pictures? Although these things are not all original so they can't stay in the gallery. Plus wouldn't it kinda... detract from the OOC if you just keep posting pictures then comment on those pictures and stuff?

Any pictures though have to be acompanied by written descriptions because, at least for me, it's not so satifying seeing a picture like that. Even 'illustrated' books have pictures there as entertaintment and not for explanation.

I agree. But mostly pictures... so am I allowed to start one? And where hould it be started?

Well IF The pictures are drawn by you, then it is original...so you could post it. I still don't quiet understand what you are aiming for, so the best bet is to post it. (But if you really want to make sure, you could always post it in a Pm to a Mod just in case)
