Alright, without asking anybody, there was a persistant world thing. I don't think it's gunna work, but its a cool idea. Now theres the "Arena". If you look at some of the posts they are getting way to silly and out of hand and Could be considered, "5 year old standards." Blackfire is a great rper, (ive never rped with him but ive read some of his posts/threads) but these things like arena should be prepared a little bit more... Im sorry, Blackfire,
There both really creative ideas, but People have got the wrong interpretation of what you wanted for Arena. Do not delete it, i love it, but people don't understand how its to get right to action and have fun, not make stupid mockeries of an rp. Thanks Blackfire, neils.

Just organize them a little more so they can be taken serious. hopefully we will rp together

Yes it is a little out of hand, but if you are talking about the God-modding arena. Where it is basically silly... well you are silly for complaining. The Arena is for fighting...be it how stupid it may or not, people have the right to make those threads.

I see no point in your arguement seeing how it's very vague...and bringing Blackfires ability to rp along with this? Come on. I REALLy don't see the logic in that one.

If you are discontented with how people are Rping there, then I suggest you make a thread in beginners, casual or advanced. There it will be your Rp (exempting cybering) and you can lay down rules so that it proceeds the way you want.

All the other posts in the Arena besides Godmodding Arena are really in-deph and great. The Godmodding arena it's self is a fantastic and original idea.

Structure would be nice; I am joining one of the arena ones by neilsweaky. I think its fine, if you want Rp’ers to be more serious, just post some rule specific to your thread. Anyways what do I know, I’m rather disorganized myself.

You also have to remember neilsweaky, that as realistic or exciting you want it to be, this is a "computer game", this is something I do when I come back from work to relax, I hope no one here spends all day rping, It is a game and you can only expect so much from a game. Such as the fact that if someone starts a god-mod thread and people join, then instead of complaining just dont join, you made a character on god-mod arena, if you're gunna complain than dont make one and leave it at that. And as for Blackfire, what is he going to do? Do you want him to ban everyone who doesn't rp the way *you* think they should, he created this huge and well known forum, so well known that it is the first thing that pops up when you search "rp forum". Instead of complaining just stay away from Persistant World and Arena, I don't think what oter people do on threads on their own time is your business.

Neilsweaky, the lil-puppy-newb, it wasn't long ago you were pissing people off in Casual, so I'm not sure if your qualified to comment on Arena.

Alas, I took a looksee at God-Moding arena, the rather funny thread created by Cookie if I remember correctly. It was intended to be a funny thread pointing fun at God-Moding, the one thing in roleplaying that people hate so much, for it makes the game/story pointless and annoying. Even still, Cookie's thread actually has rules in it, one of them being no guns (rotfl)!

The purpose of Arena was to get a section going where people can 'fight' without having to worry about building a strong storyline or developing characters. So yeah, theoretically it can get weak. That is why I don't really frequent it, and you don't have to either.

I do agree to a point about Persistent world. I simply don't like the contemporary setting of the world, and for that, and my experiences on Anathema I steer clear. It seems to be doing rather well, however, and I haven't heard much from anyone else about it yet. The problem comes in its organization, and how the mods plan to police it is beyond me, but good luck to them.

Of course, the sections are available for all to see. I really have no issue to them, though I don't look at them.

PS: Neilsweaky, please, I'm happy that you got a lesson on forum etiquette and roleplay, but could you try to string your words in a more sensical manner? Your post almost made no sense. I though 76 was bad at being incoherent.
