Um, just thinking......would there be any way to allow for like multiple images, like, two or three or four or something in the signature?

What do you guys think?

I think it's better not to have more.

Because if you allow for more, people are inclined to abuse it the most annoying way possible. (i.e. Where signatures are just so blasphemously large that it in itself is enough to burn another's eyes)

...What I'm getting at is that signatures will end up taking up more space in a thread than what is strictly necessary. I agree with one signature image only. Any more really is cumbersome and unsightly.

If you keep them in a row and don't fill half the page with your signature, I don't see why not. Just remember that people with small display resolutions will suffer if you put too much and it overlaps. If it's too tall, I'll ask you to take them down or the admin will disable the img tag. Also be considerate to people without broadband and with not so stellar internet connection.

but what if teh images were only small? like, none of my previous signature of course! but just like teh smaller sort of images.....

ORLY? No dice then :P You have to ask Mahz for that. I think we had a case of a really big dragon scrolls recently and that was put up to quell it.

Ah, i see.....its just that im a big fan of clickables, and i found a pokemon clicksite, and id like to get a few more eggs, but they are relatively small, not like my massive image i made....

Amaretti, you're saying this on the assumption that people are and will keep within the limits. They don't. Which is the reason why I feel this restriction is there in the first place.

...I mean, some people here already manage to have glaringly annoying signatures even WITH the restriction. I still disagree.

I was actually going to ask Piro to give my sig a vertical crop, since I know how annoying large sigs can be.

I've never really thought of having anything in my signature other than an image and maybe a quote. Clickables aren't my thing at all, but since some people obviously enjoy them...

My suggestion to you, Disturbed, would be to convert your dragons into a single image that shows them all, and links to your scroll. That way you can show off all your dragons, and still only have a single image.
