Roleplayer Guild - Forum Roleplaying Games

I looked around for a thread on this, and didn't see any. Now, i'm not saying its an overall problem and i'm not smart enough to know how websites work, or the technicals behind it. Maybe its just me but for a lot of threads, it seems like 10 posts per page is a little on the light side(i think its 10...i thought it was smaller until i double checked before this post).

I don't know, but to me it feels like the thread hits 2-5 pages with in seconds, and it seems easier to make it 15 or 20 posts per page. Again, I don't know the technicals behind it, and don't know if it bothers anyone else, but i thought i'd do my service as someone who enjoys this site, and see what the mods/everyone else thinks.

you can change that, its under the edit options menu in the User control panel, you can go up to a maximum of 40 per page if you want.

I have mine to where it shows 40 per page and then also added to the i switched the mode of the threads to the threaded mode. easy way to know who replyed to what and when without really looking haha

Be warned that the threaded view is pretty pointless since we have the Quick Reply function enabled, which is how 99% of OOC posts are made. Quick Replies of course can't be threaded since they aren't a direct response to anyone.

Good question though, OP. A simple FAQ to explain things like this would be a good idea.
