So, this is sort of a win-win situation. The mods are wonderful, and not very busy- they pretty much do anything you ask them if it's reasonable. But on the other hand, this would be very convenient for us lesser folk as we would get to do all of the things mentioned and shape the rp to our liking.
One problem may be though, the mod powers getting abused, which most definatley wouldn't be a good thing.

It isn't going to make mods obsolete: they will still have jobs, there will be threads that are poorly policed or full of newbs. What it would do is give control to the thread started in maintaining quality and reducing spam. Simply, it takes someone like Walker of Darkness (not to be mean but this guy seems to be well known for spamming and being a general newb) to wreck someone's thread. It shouldn't be closed/moved because enough of them are posting random spam.

Champaign for our real friends and real pain for our sham friends! To stay on topic, I think it could help. Even though the mods aren't really up to their ears dealing with problems, stuff will slip through the cracks, and I think it would help us to clean up the riff-raff.
