Problem- ooc's
Im not naming anyone no you can check to find that out. In the begginers forum....
People are not making OOC's in the OOC board they simply making a character sheet and OOC inside of the Thread they make in the IC board. what is the point in having the OOC if people wont use it? why does nobody care? The OOC was made for this type of thing so why? Dont mods care? anyway thats my rant over and done with.

You don't strictly have to have an OOC, from what I know. If someone made an OOC in the IC forum, that might be a problem, but thread starters generally make OOC's to make their main thread look more smooth. If the thread starter dosen't want to make an OOC, they don't have to, but they pay the price of their RP having character sheets in it. In the beginners forum, this is usually appropriate anyway, since it means you only have one thread to keep up with instead of two.The times that a thread would really need an OOC is when you're getting posts in an IC section containing nothing but OOC chat.
I'm not sure if anything I just said is accurate, by the way. Just voicin' mah voice.

In beginner's that practice is frowned upon, but ok.
In casual and advanced you must keep all OOC only posts out of the IC thread so OOC threads become necessary. ~Candi
