Question
This may seem like a really stupid quesiton, but I was brought up to think that there aren't any stupid questions xP Do you have to set up the OOC and IC thread at the same time? I'm asking because in the advertise thread it asks for an OOC and thread link.

I can answer this, since I made the thread. XD And no, it's not a stupid question. If you don't have an IC, but you do have a OOC, (or vice versa) you can simply say that it isn't up yet. Then, if you make one, you can just PM me with the link afterwards.
