I really don't like posting in a months-old thread, but I really have question that really couldn't be done by posting a new thread. (Probably because I fear people would point me to this thread and stuff, while laughing at me during the process. That or me being dumb.) Since this thread is stickied, I guess it could be all right...
According to the announcement, the size of a signature would be the height of at least six enter spaces (something like that). Now would this also apply to text signatures as well? Or is this with image and text signatures combined? The next question I must ask is: what does that translate into pixels? Is there an official height for that? It would help me later on when I decide to make another in Photoshop. I would like a solid number if that would help. Thanks in advance.

It was probably taken care of by a Mod or Admin. The simple mispelling of Not can happen with anyone one. And being here since Jun, you should already know that Advertising other sites on this one is a no no, which is probably why you didn't recive a PM.

That's not the point. Thr point is that there are a few problems in the actual removal. Below that link is a link to my DeviantArt page; shouldn't that have also been removed? Considering the link's nature, it is alike to the dumb dragon egg things; both are fundamentally equal, and neither was I even trying to advertise the other website. More so, if I had replaced that with a link to one of those zombie sites, such as "GRAAAGH" (which LOST probably took some concepts from), which is also fundamentally the same, I doubt the link would've ever been removed. If my link was removed, why are the dragon eggs still allowed? And you can't be serious that I was advertising another site. It hardly fits the definition. - Please read through my argument and my last post in this thread; it appears you are skipping some details. It appears that you aren't taking this seriously enough. Until you do, I will remain content with my new signature I have just updated. - *Sigh.* Other people besides me have links to off-site websites. Why should my link have been deleted if their links have not been? - I just find this whole thing fishy. Can I go back to my old signature now?

I changed it. And i change everyone's who has "illegal" link in their sig. I don't like that you have those dragon eggs or deviantart stuff in your sig either.
I checked your link and it was a link to a game which is not welcome in any ways. So, Do NOT advertise other sites plx. Happy now? As for what you do with your sig after this i don't care until i find another unwelcome link in it. Have fun!

Those links should be innocent, considering that they link to a Google service which I used solely to upload and store some of my literary works to share with others. If you'd rather have me create separate threads for each story, than I shall although I would most likely lose the formatting which might make it harder to read and enjoy. I would find it to be a waste of forum resources such as bandwidth to post that many threads, especially if I exceed the character limit.
Again, I was using a Google service/product, which I am sure is used by a significant enough number of people that would render your arguement invalid. As for the links to the other forum, I shall directly copy the coding into the accused post, so that I can delete the link. As soon as I am able to. No, all I do is not advertise; I'm not a salesman. The "Completed!" was probably redundent, and I'll delete it if you want. I only call attention to these things so that if people read them and find them interesting and also post or otherwise, than the thread wouldn't be wasted. Besides; others are advertising their RPs without getting bashed and one guy seems to have 2 threads that are the same in topic, even though then first thread was still on the same page. - Yesyes, rules are rules indeed. But we must not forget what happened to some of the people who got carried away with the power to create rules; power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. I'm only cooperative or compliant because I respect them, although no system can work forever because of the fundamental problem (or element) of chaos (or luck and randomness). My point is, I do not disrespect the rules; in fact, I hold a very high amount for it, though my respect might deteriate for the application and/or method of enforcement of the rules, or even the enforcers (though they're just doing their job). Of course, I shall change my sig' in response to my enlightenment of the reasons why you have removed the original link. - Now the problem diverts to another, concerning one of my own threads I believe, yes? I'm not trying to sell Google's product. I'm using it as a means to help bring a few stories to others who might be entertained by those stories. I suppose I'm trying to get peop- Okay, screw the reasoning and logic. What the Hell is the problem now, what needs fixing, and why am I starting to get bashed in particular based from a rather different problem that I doubt would've come to light had not the first problem been realized? - And if I have not said so already, I shall delete the "Completed!" post which did not stem from the need to garner more attention but from the want to inform the people who might have been already interested that the thread was complete, although as another effect (though not the cause) it probably did help it get more views. - Does anybody have a copy of the Terms of Service? I'd like a copy of my own, thank you.

Hydrolisk, know that after reading through all these, and even though I am I am quite new, I find it very illogical to have your link deleted and not the eggs (including mine). I would love to express much thought on this had it not been a tiring day for me. I am sure for backing you I might get flamed or slammed by mods, but your point is true and evident. Should the mods or admins claim so otherwise, I guess I am screwed as well.
