This discussion really doesn't need to carry on any more, so could we all just move on to another topic. Mahzkrieg has done a damn fine job thus far with the adminship of this forum and i'll not have people implying that he's being a lazy bastard. Since a year ago, he's had to go through an entire year of university, exams, essays, the works and all the while he's been sorting out this forum, paying for the server space and finding advertising to help cover those costs. He recently took a well deserved break to Barcelona and he'll be sorting things out in his personal life as well.

So when things stabilise enough for him to devote the required time to make these changes to the forum, he will do so. Until then, there really is no point in arguing over this subject. I'm not being rude, and i'm not trying to stifle people here, but i can see this devolving into a flame war, AGAIN. So please can we all respect that Mahzkreig has done a fantastic job here, and will continue to do so when he has the time, at which point he will no doubt endeavour to change the PM limits as well as a ton of other stuff as well.

For the record, the only person I thought was annoying and rude was that Isudae, who I've already responded to.

Right, unless someone brings up something new here then I've said all I need to say...

-Points to message above Gavaroc's-

Rave did. And she even added a disturbing gif to boot.

First, my name is 76, not isudae. Second, many apologies, sir. I was a bit stressed about an event unrelated to the forum and thus my mind was clouded.

Please forgive my lack of a better set of manners.

Had I been a bit more myself, I might have produced a similar message to this one.

@76: Knowing you, not really. Oh, and don't kill him because he got your name wrong. I remember making that mistake, one would assume that the alpha part of your name is your desired name and the numeric part was added because someone else had the desired name. Typical naming convention. How would one know that it's the other way around without knowing you?

On topic: Yes, it is a bit of a bitch to wait five minutes between pms, but one was only really meant to send one pm at a time anyways. For sending more messages quicker the IMs might be the better option. In fact, I'm recommend one: Meebo! You don't need to sign up, you can use your username and password for the IM you normally use, and you can IM pretty well anyone, regardless of which IM they are using. Only drawback is that you can't do group chats unless everyone is using the same IM type.

You might want to get acquainted with that, as, if Tsardel is correct and Magz therefore has too much shit on the plate at the moment, you might not see the desired changes anytime soon. I agree, it would be nice to pm five people at a time, but for now, not too much one can do.

Good thread. Good suggestion.

I should have fixed this a long time ago.

Fixing it right now.

Changes should be in effect.

If they aren't or if there are any more problems/suggestions, discuss them in this thread or PM me for faster response time.
