So, I had this idea for an RP. Would take place on a massive city-ship, during an annual contest. people from all across the galaxy come to this place to compete in wargames and gladiator matches. I kind of planned it to be able to support character development, by going around and meeting with other characters in all the markets and stuff outside of the arenas, so I dont think it would fit with the actual Arena section.

Thoughts?

I'd join. If you want charachter development as well as arena fun why not make two seperate sections one in arena for the fighting and one in an rp section for character development.

sounds alright...what would your structure be for character sheets? If its a galaxy you'd have to give us a guideline on other species...how about weaponry? Would it be weaponry or do certain species have "natural weapons" like claws or strange things like that? Limitations?

That is a possibility (Two threads), although I had planned for most of the arena combat to be against NPCs, with PvP fights if both agreed to it. I also had a sort of plot set up for it, involving corruption and secret agendas and stuff.

As for races, you could make pretty much anything up, although I would have to give a yes/no on it. Natural weapons and normal weapons are fine, IMO.
