This thing confuses me. But yeah, the S.E.A.Ls would completly own Russia. I agree with Aerandir. The only thing I see that could stall them would be the Spetsnaz. And what is Europe doing through this entire thing? Get the KSK and the SAS in there and the war is over.

Though yes, the United States has the most highly trained troops, this is not to say Russia is totally outgunned; Spetsnatz, Black Sea Marines, etc. are not something to forget... that, and Russia has a very large conscripted force that dwarfs many militaries.

Also, you left out China, one of the current world super powers, who's army is ENORMOUS. Shear amount of people in a war that lacks nukes(however you explain that) would hold a huge advantage, especially with UN countries forbaying the use of chemical and biological weapons...
