You go to the persons page that you want to pm, and you click 'Send a private message to the user' somewhere on the page. Although, you dont have the option until 24 hours after your account was made. Oh, also you can click on their name in the forum, and pick send a private message, but still cant unless 24 hours after acc was made xD. Shinigami vs Shinigami is fine with me. ))
