The two scalpels stab into the woman in quick succession, the first gliding inbetween a couple ribs and into her left lung. She instantly attempts a scream in pain as her lung collapses and starts filling with fluid and blood. Her choked scream is repeated as the scalpel in Sylus's right hand cuts through her right side and into her liver. Her body begins to shutdown quickly as she starts going into shock. With her veins attempting to overcompensate the flood flow increases as her blood spews onto the floor.

The blood covers his bare feet as he draws the scalpel from her liver and with one continuous motion, seperates her right ear from her head. He puts the ear gently into his pocket just before the blade is redirected through the third and fourth rib. The right lung is punctured leaving the woman unable to breath as she falls into a pool of her own blood.

Sylus picks up her gun and checks the clip, three bullets left. He checks the surrounding area and sees five people huddled with themselves in different parts of the resteraunt. He slides the clip back into the gun while looking at the two scalpels in his hand. It was truly meant to be. He throws his scalpels at the two closest customers, striking them both deep in the throat. The now raised pistol fires three shots which hit three different hearts and all five of the people left alive now fall in their death.

Dr. Feelgood drops the spent pistol into the puddle of blood, splashing a few red dots around him. He calmly walks back to his booth and retrieves his double whopper with jalapenos with his bloodied hands. His crimson footprints are left yet again as he strolls from the scene with an ear in his pocket and a burger in his hand.
