I just want a simple match against anyone with basic Rp fighting expierence. The rules are just basic crap. No god-modding, no auto-hitting, prep, ect..The field is also simple; an open grassy field without a single cloud in the sky. If you wish to fight, just reply and I'll start off with a stance. Also, nobody has to post a profile of their character, I like to keep things at a surprise. I'll be waiting...

((Alright, you can skip the stances and attack if you want, but I'm stancing. u.u )X's left hand wrapped around the hilt of his sheathed blade known as Sen. His dark optics scanned across what looked like a peaceful area. It was almost ashame that a fight would have to be taken place here. Even the wild-life had seemed to be at harmony in this particular place. But sometimes, war must be taken into action, especialy when it decided life and death between the two. After a few seconds had passed, X slowly shifted the his gaze over towards the males figure. He let out a small faint sigh as his eyes laid upon the males figure. Honestly, compared to what X had faced before, this man did not look like much of a challenge. But he didn't really have much room to talk himself. I mean, what would -YOU- think of a man dressed completely in black metal, only to have a light grey "X" clear across the front? Odd the suit did look, but it was very useful in battle. For example; with X not wanting people to know who he really was under this thing, he had created the helmet part with a special glass that only allowed a one-way vision. In other words, he could see out of the suit, but no one could see within it. But that wasn't the only thing. This entire suit may have been made of metal, but it was not a metal from earth. It had been a different type off an entirely differen't planet. The reason for this was because this type of metal was much stronger than earthly metal. Yet..It was not mainly made for protection from enemy attacks. If the time was right, the true reason for this suits structure would be revealed soon. X let out another sigh before muttering a few words from within the mask, yet at such a low pitch, it was almost soundless. As the words had passed, one of the many other special abilities this suit had came into affect; allowing him to see all around him, as if he didn't have a single blind spot. Once this had been accomplished, X began to pump a small amount of his own energy into his sheathed blade as if he were preparing for something. He had also started to absorb the light around his figure into his suit, as well as the sheath. "Eye of Ra..." He spoke, but at an almost soundless tone again. As these words parted his lips, a bright flash of light would emit from the two snake-bite piercings on his lip. Infact, the light had been so bright, it had forced him to close his eyes so it would not do any harm. X slowly opened his eyes as the light began to fade, staring towards the males figure once more. It was almost time for this fight to start... |

The grass bowed and straightened, bowed and straightened to the wind. The blackness of the earth beneath made for nice contrast with the green, tiring the eye somewhat (or perhaps the flash that came earlier is to blame? Who knows...). A sweet melody sang to this - that of the fight-hungry Kamertonis. Faint screams tore through the peaceful sound of the split-bladed weapon, not unlike those that came from beneath his own feet - the grass bellowed in protest as his foot rested on it. Someone else was here, then. Leaven traced the ocean of grass, careful not to lose sight of it, right around to a dark figure standing in the field of green. He gripped the ribbon-ornate hilt with his left hand, and the Kamertonis obediently slid out from its sheath, making a stifled wail in the gust of wind that followed. Ah, it is so eager... He rested the dull part of the blade, right above the hilt, on his shoulder, and began advancing at the heavily-armoured figure before him. Pre-battle taunts are great, but a circular arrow wound right on his throat did wonders to prevent him from speaking anything louder than a whisper. |

X continued to absorb the light into his suit and sheath, but something else had came into affect. As X continued to stare at the male, a bright light started to appear on the helmets forehead, yet it wasn't as bright as the last flash, so he was still able to see just fine. The light also didn't fade away from sight, instead, it began to take on a weird shape that was almost impossible to identify at this stage. As the light continued to form into this new shape, X simply tugged on the hilt of his blade, summoning it into his grasp with ease. With a simple flick of his wrist, X had sent the blade hurling upwards, just above his own figure. Once it had gotten close enough to his figure, he quickly caught it with his right hand, holding it out to his right side as he slowly slipped his index finger inbetween the chains that hung from the blade. Slowly he began to force the blade to spin, picking up in speed with every second that passed by. But what had been the point of this? There had been nothing to block, or anything to hit at close range, especialy in the direction he had been spinning it in. No, the true reason for this, was to strengthen the energy he had placed inside this blade. With a certain amount of rotation, the energy inside this blade would become more powerful. As X continued this, he slowly brought his left hand infront of him before slinging it to the side as he manipulated the wind infront of him to shoot forward, tearing through everything with in it's path. Though, it may have not been a very large blast, it was enough to see how the male would react to simple wind manipulation....

The serrated jaws of the Kamertonis voraciously tore through the turf and grass as Leaven struck the blade into the ground before him. The air blast crashed into the weapon like a starved boar, and surged outward and to the side, forming a sharp bow shock around the Kamertonis and Leaven himself. A loud screech sliced through the din of the air blast as the high-speed wind savagely fought through the gap between the two blades of Leaven's sword, causing the latter to shiver a little. Just at the moment when the core of X's blast passed through the Kamertonis, the thinnest of brilliant white strings momentarily flared in the split, vanishing with a moribund flash. As the winds calmed, Leaven decided not to waste any more time. He tore the Kamertonis from its earthen shackles, raising a fountain of earth mixed with foliage, and, head bowed, dashed toward X in a curved path. Dragging the sword along the wind with his left hand, he violently thrust it downward in front of his feet, using it in a pole-like fashion to propel himself upward. After a flip in the air, he brought down the blade in a decisive chop at X's right shoulder. Naturally, such a weak, barely sharpened blade would do little more then dent - or, in X's scenario, hardly even scratch - any sort of metallic armour. The sword could not boast being magical or, indeed, infused with any sort of power at all. Its single offensive ability required circumstances which couldn't manifest under current conditions - but Leaven did not keep the Kamertonis for its offensive power, he's got enough himself. This time, it is nothing more than a gauge, a measurement instrument... |

As the male started to come down towards X, he quickly took a simple leap back, but as he did this, he had also slipped his finger from the chain, allowing him to shoot the blade upwards, still continueing it's rotating motion. Yet, he didn't send it up towards the males figure. Instead, he had just sent it up high above his figure. Now that X had avoided the blade, the left over wind his speed had created would start to spin around the person in mid-air. Much like a miniature cyclone. But this cyclone, had a little surprise. It wasn't like a normal one. Instead of throwing some poor bastard miles away, this cyclone had almost the same exact affect as his blast of wind; tearing anything within it apart. True, he had already tested simple wind manipulation on him, but now it was time to see if this person could handle himself well enough in mid-air. As this started to happen, X would have landed on his feet, sliding across the earth's surface for a few seconds before finally coming to a complete stop. Once this happened, X would continue to absorb the light around him into his sheath and suit, nothing really differen't from his last tactic. Except..The light that was on the helmet now started to get a more clearer shape as the time passed, and finally, looking much like the "Eye of Ra." The eye slowly opened, staring towards the males figure. If it wasn't obvious enough this thing had some sort of special technique, the heat around the males figure would as it began to climb at a good pace....

Leaven threw a tired look at X and allowed himself to be pulled into the vortex. The sword dove into the swirling mass of air first. It is good, he thought to himself, that this wind-casting gentleman failed to notice the minor side effect that happened the last time Kamertonis came in contact with highly pressurized, sped-up air. The blade pierced the vortex like an eagle's beak penetrating an unfortunate rabbit's cranium, and spun wildly about the center of the tornado. The tornado flailed the man all over the place, and Leaven held on to the hilt for his life. Meanwhile, the weapon shepherded the raging winds into a concentrated jet using the intricate crenellations etched on the inner side of the blades (the "split"), superheating the volatile mass of N and O2 into the same sort of brilliant white string that appeared during the first blast. An unholy screaming accompanied all of this - wind passing through the crenellations - and the string, enjoying a constant pressurized air flow, quickly grew into a pillar of light emanating from between the two blades. These appeared almost blurred to the eye, thanks to the extreme vibrations incited by the alternating winds. Very quickly did the vortex find itself running out of power, having been transformed into a ten-centimetre-thick, three-meter-long blinding ray of retribution. Feeling the strength of the winds dying down, Leaven heaved the sword out of its windy nest, and brought down the judgment squarely upon the light-consuming suit of armour directly below him. Normally, this technique could only be executed at about an eighth of its current power, only in high winds swung with the craft and at full strength, and only for a split moment. However, even that much easily cut inch-thick steel armour cleanly in half. The roaring monstrosity erupting from the Kamertonis now possessed a thought-defying amount of power, and Leaven himself was unsure as to what its effect would be. Temporarily blinded by the shining of the beam, Leaven landed squarely on his feet. He swayed back and forth there for a few seconds, face tensed and lips thin, and suddenly bent in half and keeled over. A fetid mudslide broke through his mouth, and he barfed all over the red-hot Kamertonis in front of him, resulting in a tear-jerkingly stinking cloud of yellow vapour. That was one hell of a bumpy ride up in that tornado. |

X let out a sigh as he began to tune his mind with the elements. When X had still been training in simple elementals many years ago, there was something very useful he learned from it; tuning in with everything. In simpler words, it meant X could easly see everything through wind, earth, water, and many more, almost anything. Even if he had been blind he would be able to see his opponet just fine. But thanks to the help of his mask, the bright light wasn't so bright to him. The speed from this man also wasn't a very big problem. He had traveled at much higher speeds alone, and his eyes were trained to see high-speed movements. Really, the only reason X did this was to see better in the future if it was needed, or even help him on things he could already see, like now. As the wind began to drop, X quickly took another leap back, avoiding the blade once more with ease. It was obvious it could now cut through this suit easly, but X wasn't really planning on letting this happen. X continued to stare at the male for a few seconds. When the male started barfing all over the place, it was hard not to blow chuncks himself. Hell, if it hadn't been for his mask, he might have already thrown up just by the stinch of the left over food. While the man was too busy trying to get himself together, it had been too late. Finally, the Eye of Ra's true technique would come into affect. Anything caught within X's vision for a certain amount of time while in this mode, would be cursed to face the wrath of Ra. And this poor bastard, had been caught within sight for much too long. As he continued his stare, a bright golden flame would consume the males body. Much like the brotherly move, Amaterasu, these flames were hotter than the sun itself. Unless this man could escape the full-view of X's mask within time, he would surely die. But as this was happening, X's suit and sheath continued to absorb light around them. After all, just because your opponet looks like he'll die now, doesn't mean you can let up. X's blade also continue it's path upwards, rotating at higher speeds now....

Wiping the leftover drool off his face, Leaven suddenly felt hot. He finally noticed the forming mask on the helmet, and connected the two. Logically, he presumed it to be a projectile attack aimed at him, and the next course of action, naturally, came to be some way to escape its line of sight. Without thinking much about it, he charged at X the same way as last time, except making a larger arch and paying attention to any other conspicuous wind blasts. As he reached his full speed, he leaped up into the air using his sword as a pole again, flipped, and landed back-to-back to X. Without turning around, he thrust his sword behind him, aimed at the armoured back. //Edit: note that the sword isn't all shiny anymore. That was a one-time attack.\\ |
