Okay, so one turret and the rifle range at 100 meters?

The rifle can have 200 meters if you want.

I'm using a picture because I'm too lazy for a description
Weapons and Abilities (FUTURISTIC, preferably no magic or God weapons):He uses a G36K assault rifle and a katana he keeps in case of close range fighting...I would like if I could use something similar to Flash-step from Bleach for those of you who have seen the anime I understand this sounds a little...god-like but there would be limitations such as he can only use it once per like 3 posts (meaning use in one post then two post cooldown)

Extras (quirks, things we need to know):He obviously uses no armor but is top notch with both his rifle and katana, the lack of armor also allows him to move fast

If anything is wrong with this let me know or if you're already full or this is no longer an active RP etc. etc.
