| Name: Jiyuu (Ji) Naissa Age: 20 Gender: Female Appearance: Jiyuu stands at around 5'5" and weighs approximately 115 pounds. Her relatively short height allows her great stability and agility. Attitude: Although she may be seen as hot-tempered, she has learned to control her easily accessed rage. She is always feisty and never backs down, that is her attitude towards anything or anyone. She values loyalty in a person. Short Bio: Jiyuu's father was a Japanese assasin; not highly respected, but that was mainly due to his occupation of choice. Her father decided to marry a caucasian woman, and thus Jiyuu was born. She was raised to be strong and confident in herself, and she follows through with this in everything she does. Her mother reluctantly allowed Jiyuu's father to train her in the ways of weaponry, and she grew to love it as he did. Being encouraged to fulfill her dreams of following in her fathers foot-steps was hard come by, but her father loved the idea. However, her dreams were demolished, or so she thought, when her mother couldn't stand her constant training, and moved her to Avalon. Here, Jiyuu was accepted to join Avolonian Knights. It was'nt a far cry from her father's occupation, and she became determined to excel in knighthood. Other: She doesn't here from her mother or father much, but she constantly writes to him. She is learned more in the skills of archery than most other things.

((Sweet)) Jyrus stood outside the grand hall, where his new recruit Knight was. The King had wanted to congradulate her for being the first female Knight and probably give her a pep talk. Jyrus had opted to stay out of the discussion and wait outside for her. ...This should be interesting... He thought, remembering some of the reactions of the other Knights when he had informed them that a female would be joining their ranks. They weren't going to go easy on her that was for sure... "...What? A girl? In the Knights?" "Apparently she's a skilled combatant..." "Forget it. Who cares if she's skilled in combat...that won't help her when a mage blows her head off." "And you would be?" "C-Captain...!?!" "I don't care if you like her or not. She's proven herself to the King. And he has made her a Knight. When she arrives, I expect you all to treat her as you would any other Knight. Am I clear?" "Yes, sir!" Jyrus blew out a sigh, hoping that he wouldn't have to deal with that kind of problem. There was a war going on after all... |

((Nice!)) Jiyuu stood in what was informed to her, to be the Grand Hall. Her eyes hadn't yet adjusted to the large pillars and such that she was seeing, but she continued to walk towards what looked like a large seal sitting on an even larger throne. When she apprached the said throne, her eyes widened, and she stifled a belly-stabbing laugh that she could feel coming on as she saw that the figure she had mistaken for a seal, was in fact the King. "Ah, Ms. Nassia. You are most welcome." The Kings' voice was just as surprising as his figure; it was husky and loud, enticing; something she wouldn't have thought possible from a man of such... broadness. "I take it you enjoyed your journey..." he stated rather than asked as he stepped from his large seat and ushered her towards the main entrance door. She hadn't a chance to reply before they were opened by two waiting men, who stared at her rather curiously. "Well, that's great! You'll find your comrades and your Captain just outside..." With that, she nodded sheepishly and walked out the gigantic doors. With one last smile and bow before the King, she turned on her heals and stepped out into her first day as a Knight. She held her head high and strode towards one such male who looked rather 'important' with ruffled blonde hair. "Hello. I'm the new Knight. My name is Jiyuu... but you may call me Ji." She quickly held out her hand and waited.

Jryus took her hand and shook it once, a small smil eon his face. "Congratulations on becoming a Knight." He let her hand go and headed down the hall, towards the exit, "I have a lot to explain to you, so keep up." he said, reverting back to the Captain, "From here on you'll be treated as a Knight of Avalon and I expect you to treat me as your Captain." he glanced over at her, "Do not expect any type of special treatment, you will be given same quarters as the men though you will be alone, and you will be trained as they are." He opened the door that led outside, but stopped Ji from leaving, "If any of the men come at you, report to me. You are outnumbered here and some of the men are having...trouble accepting you, so don't act out on your own...at least not yet." He let her pass and closed the door behind him.

Jiyuu smiled back in response to his congratulations, and she hastily followed in his wake, taking in his demands and regulations. With a slight smirk, she walked out the door and turned to face him before replying; "Believe me... Captain, no men will ever come close to harming or intimidating me... you can trust in that!" With that, she spoke with and arched brow, her eyes determined and unphased. Glancing about her, she waited for his instruction. So far he seemed to live up to her expectations, but like most men, she expected he would falter in her eyes. "So, where to now... Captain?" She was still trying to identify with the whole 'captain' thing, she hated putting such a high ranking on someone she did not know.

Jyrus looked back at her, "You are to report to the camp. Get settled in and ready for tomorrow" he nodded his head and headed off in a different direction. He had to finalize Ji's transfer to his squad and he had to order supplies for when they left, which was in four days. "Is that all, captain?" the supplier asked. Jyrus nodded, "Yes. Have it packed and ready for transport when it gets here, please." the young captain handed the man some gold and nodded as he left. Heading back to the camp, Jyrus wondered if he was going to have to settle any disputes when he got there. |

Jiyuu nodded, a very slight smile upon her lips as she saluted him. Pacing around for what seemed like centuries, she wondered how she would deal with the men that she would come in contact with. She knew she didn't need to start any fights, but that didn't mean she wouldn't want to. She contemplated arguing that she should have seperate quarters, but she quickly shrugged that idea off with a shake of her head as she headed for the camp. She wanted to be treated exactly as the men, and so sleeping in relatively the same area would be a minor insignificence. She continued to walk for a while until she reached what looked to be the camp. With a somewhat large sized bag in hand, she walked through doors made of animal skins. She glanced about the room, and surely, every man in sight stopped their laughing and low pitched chatting the moment she entered the room. Walking forwards immediately, she almost chuckled at the tension that surrounded her. Smiling to herself, she turned on her heals to face all the men, her head held high. "Yes, I am the new female recruit..." she spook, her voice loud and strong, "...and I expect to be treated as a human-being, not as an inferior... item." With that, she nodded and bowed her head to the men. One man bounded from his sitting position on a bed. He laughed forcefully and strode towards her, a wide grin on his face. His eyes were wide and scanning her, very intently. "You expect us to treat you as we would other men?!" He stated more than questioned. "You are a woman, you live to please us and feed us, nothing more." He chuckled loudly, his finger flicking her dark, flowing hair from her face. "Nothing more..." he repeated. Jiyuu smirked as she held her face close to his, his eyes widened in surprise and excitement. With one sharp movement, her smirk became a snarl and she dropped to the ground, sliding between his parted legs and grabbing his throat from behind. "I am not here to do anything for you."

| "That's enough!" Jyrus snapped from the open door. He figured something like would have happened. As he stepped into the room , all the men jumped to their feet and saluted. "I assumed you all heard my orders this morning." He looked at the men as some of them nodded and looked at Gigen, the Knight who Jiyuu was holding. "Jiyuu, release him. I don't care if he flattened your ego or picked at your pride...I will not tolerate any type of assault on another Knight." He looked at Gigen, who was looking smug because Jyrus had reprimanded Jiyuu,"And Gigen. You will be in charge of latrine duties until I feel that you can keep your mouth shut." He looked at the other men, "We are leaving for the front in four days. If another incident like this happens, I will send you all to work for the Nurse Maids. Do I make myself clear?" "Yes, sir!" The soldiers all said. Gigen nodded. Jyrus turned to leave, then motioned for Ji to follow. |

| "That's enough!" The voice of her Captain Jyrus sounded from behind her. She turned, the man still in her grasp as she listened to her Captain direct his men. She felt Jyrus' gaze upon her as she tightened her hold on the man he introduced as Gigen. Before Jiyuu could even hope to reply to the Captains' orders on her, his demanding tone made her think twice. She freed Gigen, pushing him forward from her and glaring at him as she left after Jyrus. She flicked her dark hair from her eyes, shifting around her Kimono slightly, as it was ruffled and raised from her sliding underneath Gigen's legs. She stifled a sigh and continued to follow her captain outside.
