Jane woke up at 9:30 AM. She already had breakfast; some plain toast and orange juice. "I wonder how Kevin is", she said, thinking about her old high school days. She dialed his number onto her phone. He was still number one on her speed dail list. "Come on .. pick up .. pick up", she said feeling a little nervous.

Kevin finished his smoothie and heard his phone start to ring. "great" he thought to himself another fan boy or fan girl looking for tickets or handouts. He went to his phone and was pleasantly suprised to see his four favorite letters in order, he picked up "Jane!" he said into the receiver

"Hey there Mr. Rockstar! I was thinking, did you want to hang out today? I was thinking of going to the movies or we could just chill at your place." She said into the phone and she spun a lock of her hair with her finger. "So what do ya think?", She waited for a response.

His heart raced the way only Jane could make it race "I really couldn't think of a better way to spend my morning, I'm not really in the mood for the movies though, you should just head over." he said hopefully

Jane bit her lip gently. "I'll be over soon. See ya then." She hung up and got changed into this (LOOK). Kevin lived only a few blocks away, so instead of taking her car she decided to walk. It was winter and a thin layer of snow surrounded the the streets. As Jane trudged through the snow with her boots on she though to herself: "I wonder if he's still the same as always. Hopefully his fame hasn't gone to his head." She laughed and walked up to Kevin's door step, shivering. She knocked on the door, "C-C'mon Kev. I'm freezing. Open up." She called out.

She had gotten there before he had anticipated, he hoped up from the couch and headed toward the door. He opened it and immediately gave Jane a big bear hug "Jane baby, I have missed you so much" he said as he easily lifted her up and spun her around, bringing her inside and closing the door

Jane was shocked by the bear hug. "I-It's good to see you too, Kev." She tried to lift him up with a bear-hug as well, but wasn't strong enough. "Darn." She pouted. "Oh well", she shrugged it off. "You look good Kev. How's the band?" She smiled at him, her cheeks slowly turning pink.

Kevin smiled "I look good? You look good! As always... The band is great.. life is great... the only thing I wish I had was more time for you." He grabbed ahold of Jane's hand and started to lead her downstairs... "I have a little something for you.... but first you have to tell me, what's your favorite band?"

Jane's heart fluttered when he held her hand. It was just like the old times at school. He was the loser and she was the outcast. "Coldplay .. Kidding", she laughed. "Seven Car Pile Up of course."
