That was definitely not normal. Especially getting teleported back to a town when the gate out option was locked due to battle mode. To: Tsukigi
Subject: How are you faring?
Sender: Gareon

Quite an interesting first day don't you think? I'm looking forward to the next one with you and the others. What do you think that monster was and how did it get there, a newbie area, out of the thousands it could've gotten into. You would think CC Corp would better protect those types of area due to the player's vulnerability. I hope you're okay despite using the item you got from that glitch in the system. You should really be more cautious next time.

After sending it, Issaru grabbed the manual from his desk, walked to his bed. He heard some shouts downstairs. His parents were home, he might as well see what was going on.

Hearing a ping, she walked back into her room and saw one unread e mail from the ser she had just met. She glanced off and thought for a moment and then sat back down at her desk and read it. She then started to reply:

It was one heck of a first day, I'll give you that. And maybe we can level up together alone sometime. I'm sure Tai sensei is looking into the monster occurance. Maybe it was nothing or maybe it's a joke that goes on in the world. I know I should be careful but i swear I have this bracelet and I feel like it's important, like it's something no one else has. Anyway, I'm free right now if you want to log on. - Tsukigi

The girl hit Send and waited for a moment. She looked down at her lap, she just wanted answers with why her friend was in a coma, and after she reseached, she found others were in comas around the world. The girl didn't want to think it had somehting to do with a video game.

Issaru entered his room, slamming the door behind him. A divorce? His parents were actually going to get a divorce? His fist slammed against his desk as he heard a knock on his door. He heard his mother's concerned voice. "Go away!" He snarled "Leave me alone." He slumped into his seat as he heard his parents whisper something about 'giving him space' and head back down the stairs. Frustrated with reality, Issaru turned on his computer and decided to visit 'The World'. As the screen saver disappeared, he saw there was a new message. He clicked it:

Issaru didn't need to think about it. He immediate typed a response.

To: Tsukigi
Subject: Let's Go!
Sender: Gareon

Yeah, I'm up for an adventure. I'll meet you at the Chaos Gate of Mac Anu.

After sending the message, Issaru reached for the FMD and placed it over his head. He logged on.

The World

Gareon materialized listening to the hum of the teleportation. He glanced around at the peaceful setting, but his heart was in turmoil. Hopefully he could disguise it from Tsukigi when she arrived. Moving to one side of the gate, he rested against a wall and waited.

The girl also Logged In and looked around, she heard many happy people chatting and trading items. She glanced off and spotted Gareon and walked over slowly, her blades making a sound as they touched every so othen. The game was really something of a feat of imagination. The technology was very advanced and the teen was sure to see who was really working with CC.Corp.

"Hey!" She waved as she stood in front of him. She tilted her head as one of her hands reached back to take hold of the sheath of one of her blade by her side. The other hand fell back to her side. "You okay?" He seemed a bit distracted, she never had the best home life, ad she'd try and listen if he had something on his mind.

The bracelet was only visable to her on the arm that was resting back with her weapon. She wondered why she could only see it, she didn't want to start doubting her sanity now. And Tsukigi also wanted to ask Gareon about people falling into comas. But one thing at a time, she didn't want to freak them out too soon.

Gareon snapped out of his thoughts about his parents at hearing Tsukigi call out to him. He nodded to her and pushed himself off the wall to face her. Normally he would be admiring how greatly constructed the game was at such tiny details, but at the moment he was concerned about other things. Apparently he was thinking too deeply about it as he heard Tsukigi's question. She could see something was troubling him even in the game?

"Yes. I'm fine," he lied crossing his arms. Remembering the events before he decided to also check on her status. "So, feeling well rested or are you still seeing bracelets that arent there?" He gave a small chuckle before moving towards the Chaos Gate. "In any case, let's try getting some leveling up done shall we? We can't stay newbies forever." Opening the menu, he sent her a party invitation and waited for a response.

"See! It's there!" Tsukigi insister as she showed her arm in front of Gareon and sighed. "But yeah...we can level up." She said.

"My my, what a nice bracelet." An odd cat came up and hummed, looking to the arm. "I love the light aqua color...don't you Elk?" she hummed and turned to see a clumsu wavermaster run up.

"Mia don't leave like that!"

"See, the bracelet is real." Tsukigi muttered.

"A....cat?" Gareon stuttered looking at the strange new player that was followed by a relatively normal wavemaster. His eyes narrowed in suspicion as he looked over the feline character. That wasn't a normal specification in 'The World'. Players couldn't choose to be a humanoid beast last time he check when he was making a character. It had to have been hacked. He moved away from the spinning gate and pushed Tsukigi behind him while glaring at the newcomer. "Excuse me, but who are you? And what do you want?" He switched his conversation to whisper so no one else could hear before talking to Tsukigi. "Don't trust them. Just look at her character, it's not normal."

"You need to be less suspicous. Don't worry." She said in the whisper chat.

"I'm Mia and this is my dear friend Elk." Mia said and put a hand to her chest as Tsukigi put her arms at her sides.

"H-Hello." The wavemaster said timidly at being introduced. He moved behind the cat woman. "Mia...what about the Aromatic Grass? Aren't we going?"

"You may trust them, but I don't." Gareon looked over at the pair. "I have a bad feeling about them." He switched his chat back to normal before responding. "That's nice, so now that you've seen her 'bracelet', you can move along now." he said highly doubting what the cat saw. The female's FMD must've been hit with the same glitch as Tsukigi's was. He paused at the thought. "Wait, did you open a strange book to get your character to look like that?"

Mia ignored the male's question, she looked to Elk. "The bracelet has caught my interest now dear Elk...this girl..." She paused and looked to Elk as Tsukigi just watched politly.

"Are you telling me this bracelet is a weapon?" Tsukigi asked. "How do you know about it?" She asked eagerly.

"You should try it, it may become useful...to you." She said. "Come along Elk." She said.

"Mia! Waaait!" Elk cried running after her as she walked away.

Gareon watched them stroll down the stairs towards the bridge at the center of Mac Anu. "What does she mean, 'try it?'. There's nothing there." he grumbled looking back at Tsukigi. "You can't honestly believe what she says. She's a hack. Literally." He wasn't sure why he was being antagonistic towards Mia, maybe his parents were affecting him. Gareon winced as the thought passed through his mind. He was here to forget about his problems. "Well, let's forget about them for now. I'm in the mood for a dungeon adventure, you ready to go?" He moved towards the Chaos Gate again. "How's Delta: Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground sound?"

((I think the bit at the church came before Mia right?))
