Alright, I'm sure if you read the topic and actually clicked the link because you've played Halo. Well this roleplay, if it gets interest, would be based on the events that lead up to Halo 1, The Fall of Reach.

Information on the book this will be based on: As the bloody Human-Covenant War rages on Halo, the fate of humankind may rest with one warrior, the lone SPARTAN survivor of another legendary battle . . . the desperate, take-no-prisoners struggle that led humanity to Halo--the fall of the planet Reach. Now, brought to life for the first time, here is the full story of that glorious, doomed conflict.

While the brutal Covenant juggernaut sweeps inexorably through space, intent on wiping out humankind, only one stronghold remains--the planet Reach. Practically on Earth's doorstep, it is the last military fortress to defy the onslaught. But the personnel here have another, higher priority: to prevent the Covenant from discovering the location of Earth.

Outnumbered and outgunned, the soldiers seem to have little chance against the Covenant, but Reach holds a closely guarded secret. It is the training ground for the very first "super soldiers." Code-named SPARTANs, these highly advanced warriors, specially bioengineered and technologically augmented, are the best in the universe--quiet, professional, and deadly.

Now, as the ferocious Covenant attack begins, a handful of SPARTANs stand ready to wage ultimate war. They will kill, they will be destroyed, but they will never surrender. And at least one of them--the SPARTAN known as Master Chief--will live to fight another day on a mysterious and ancient, artificial world called Halo. . . .

Is anyone interested in this? We'd of course be playing as the SPARTANs

Its a good topic for the story, will anyone be playing as Blue Team or will they be on other teams.

I think we should stay as far away from Master Chief as possible. I know we could change things, but I think we should just do our thing. Needless to say, I'm in.

Same. Well the recorded teams on Reach were red and blue, along with marine and ODST teams.

I read the book, and I believe that Blue Team was the ones who actually went down to Reach, but there weren't many Spartans at the time, if I remember, actually, the book described almost every Spartan, Chief and 2 other Spartans went to a Space Station, if I remember correctly.

I'm not saying we shouldn't RP as Spartans, but I would recommend being ODST's or Marines instead, seeing as though they also perished, but they are really numerous.

But that is my two cents but I'll join either way.

Well you've got my interest. But yeah in my opinon we should focus more on the marines rather than the Spartans since there was such a small number of them at the time.

I'm willing to venture looking like a complete noob by saying I'd bring in a original char similar to the ones in Red vs. Blue.

Namely Caboose. Of course, he could be short lived and die tragically, but comic reliefs are important! Kind of. Not really. At all.

I just love the series. =/
