 One female and Two male characters needed
Kris' recklessness is beginning to get the better of him - how long can he balance between remaining safe, and tipping over the edge? Sure, he's everything that teenage guys anywhere would want to be, but the public are starting to get sick and tired of hearing about his latest stunts. And so is his agent. Imagine trying to keep up with that?! But not only is the poor woman stuck with trying to bat away every public attack on Kris Forks, she also has to try and keep an eye on Larissa Denton, another hot-shot client of hers, and she's beginning to believe she's way in over her head. Now that she was hooked, poor Larissa knew no differently. Flashing lights, paparazzi, red carpets... no one really expected the 18 year old to turn it all down, did they? Her agent sure as hell did. She was too young for all of this, and remaining under the public eye from such a young age - it was going to have some kind of effect on the poor girl, no? Little Larissa's latest fling with rock star Kris Forks is the last straw (an 18 year old with a 22 year old - the press would have a fit), her agent gathers the two together to have a little 'chat'. Though by 'chat', she actually means lumbering them on a private jet to Texas... Poor kids, they wouldn't know whats hit 'em. By the time they arrived in a new state, a pretty run-down wagon is awaiting for them to be picked up and shipped off. No one needed to tell them twice; it was sure obvious they were no longer in Hollywood. Kris is thoroughly aggravated, whilst Larissa is extremely confused. What kind of sick joke was their agent playing this time around?
Ruby Shackleton is just the kind of 'girl next door' any parent could want in a daughter. Family, friends, and aspirations of following in her mother's footsteps as a horse-tamer; what could possibly be more important in life? She needed everything she could ever want at the tip of her fingers, but apparently her life was going to have to go on hold, because this 19 year old now has to act as a host towards international rock star, Kris Forks. Mikey isn't exactly pleased that he now had a prime bitch to cater for - but after recieving a call from her agent informing him to expect a large sum of money in return for his hospitality, how could the guy refuse? He needed the money for his ranch, teaching this city chick a few surburban rules wasn't going to be hard, right? Of course, what he doesn't realise is that this 'city chick' is afraid of horses, cows... any kind of cattle, really. She's willing to take a chance on sparking Mikey's inpatient temper, but she wouldn't ever dare to get dirt in her hair. Figure. Ruby's always been the kind of girl to see the best in people and have faith in them, but Kris Forks? He was almost beyond capable of doing anything for himself. Now Ruby needed the money to help pay off her family's bills, but this was just ridiculous... Despite the odds, she accepts his agent's bribe. It was a challenge, right? Right. It just didn't help that the amazingly obnoxious man had to put himself first in almost every situation, and had most probably never lifted a finger in his entire life. It was almost too much to deal with.  |

Accepting that some things were simply ♥♠ though, at the same time... spending so much time with someone can really wear you down, huh? kris sees the qualities in ruby, and can't help but find the pure innocence of her smile infectious... as he begins to learn more, his character changes. could he really be the good guy instead of the bad boy, for once? ♦♥ poor mikey though, ever since childhood the guy has had a crush on ruby. it was to be expected, right? they had grown up together, he knew her better than she knew herself. but what was it going to take for her to see this?♣♦but where ruby fails to spot the attraction in mikey, it appears larissa has a knack for such things. he's the typical, takes no crap from no one, country guy - and there's just something so hot about the rawness to him... alongside this, it's undeniable that once upon a time, larissa wasn't as spoilt as she turned out to be. the girl she used to be begins to shine through, and mikey can't help but find himself actually getting along with this new girl... no more games, i confess... ☻ allllllrighty then! firstly, the plot is based off of the song, welcome to the world by kevin rudolf (goooood song, check it out) ;D ☺ all spots except Larissa are open. imma play a girl for this one :3. ☻ Names can be changed! I just picked those so I had something to put through the intro. ☺ creativity. ☻ the usual right? ☺ A minimum of two paragraphs, no abuse of the enter button and good grammar! ☻ Nothing anime, emo or scene. ☺ the whole point of this roleplay is that it could go in any direction! great, isn't it? xD - FOR THE ROLE OF KRIS: he is selfish. he is a jerk. he thinks he's the best. get the picture? do not hold back when presenting this! - FOR THE ROLE OF MIKEY: he's a good guy at heart, but can often get misled if someone annoys him or frustrates him. easily riled. rough and ready, he is s feiry character. -FOR THE ROLE OF RUBY: she is the homely girl from next door. A tomboy and down to earth, she is a general nice girl. |
