| The Flame Haze  Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: England indeed | Welcome to the moon dudes! :) M.U.R.F= Moon Unit Research Facilty. You are a crew member living on MURF.You have been living there for over 4 years,getting supplies now and again from earth. This will be a slow burning roleplay,so no speed posting please. Now the technology is just that bit up from our own,meaning the facility is roomy and clean.There is an AI computer nicknamed spud. now for the last few years you have been gathering moonrocks and putting them in containers....thrilling. But as usual nothing goes according to plan.After a while suddenly the suppies stop coming,and nobody will respond to your messages.Moonbase is cut off from earth...... the roleplay will start a day before you find out about it. So anyone interested if so i'll make an ooc with character sheets. |

| Senior Member  Join Date: Jun 2009 | This sounds interesting. I assume that it will be some kind of horror type RP, or will at least have elements of horror while we don't know what's going on. A few questions though. 1. Is there fighting in this? Like is it some form of space monster that cut off connections? I understand if you don't want to reveal the second part of that question, but the first part I would like to know. 2. If yes to the first part above, what sort of weaponry would we have to fight it? Those are my questions. |

This roleplay will hopfully have the characters coming first if you get me. and the weapons are basic items to mining equipment. i was hoping for a totally character driven one showing what happens to people when they are cut off from everything,showing how they handle things. phycological horror too. so please people dont have your bunks laidened with weapons.Remember the crew have been living there a long time and its like home to them.
