 Electric Sunset (High End Casual!!!)
 On April 14th, 2026, Manhattan New York was exposed to something beautiful, yet dreadful at the same time. It all seemed like an ordinary evening in the lively city, until a mysteriously luminous lights of red, orange, and yellow covered the entire sky. All of those who witnessed this strange phenomenon looked up at the clouds in bewilderment, and astonishment as they were all being hit with an artificial radiation. None of them were aware that they were test subjects of an experiment that would enhance human abilities, and warfare. None of them knew that their cells would break down from the sunset's exposure. It didn't take long for people to lose their sanity as their bodies began to wither, and burn; watching the world around them literally start to disintegrate. It was as if God himself brought his wrath down on their city without remorse. In a few hours, there was nothing left. Nothing except those who proved the test to be a success. By gaining special abilities from the "Electric Sunset", these people became known as the "Alters" in the world. As these beings roamed out of their wasteland of a home, it didn't take long for them to figure out that they cannot live without the Electric Sunset's radiation. Alters who traveled outside of New York dropped dead in a withered state after 3 days without radiation. Realizing this, the Alters decided to rebuild Manhattan, and call it the City Of Rebirth. It is now 2039, and the Alters are at a war with themselves, as well as with the rest of the world. With the enormous walls that seal the Alters within the city, and the radiation that comes every evening, the Alters live within the City Of Rebirth, unaware of what fate the outside world is planning for them.
So basically we're Alters who gained special powers to an extent, but are trapped in a city that we can never leave due to that area's special atmosphere, the 'Electric Sunset'. It serves as an energy source that Alters cannot live without for too long, so leaving the City Of Rebirth is impossible for them. Some interesting things such as who created the artificial sunset, the rebellion within the City Of Rebirth, and the genocide the humans are plotting are all gonna come into play. Who's interested?
