I'm going to start my routine workouts again and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good songs to listen to while working out. I have a pretty decent playlist, but I'm always looking for something new. Open for any suggestions. =]

Yeah, MSI is on my playlist already. As for Cake, Bush and Nightwish. I'll have to check them out.
If it helps, I'll be doing a lot of standard and advanced boxing training. Also a lot of jump roping, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, running, and other basic exercises.

Wow, MSI is pretty freaky.
Anyways. If you're going running. I recommend Dragonforce or a similar style of music. It's hard to go slow when you're listening to a face-meltingly fast guitar. For weights, something slower paced and angry. Angry is key. Metal should do.

Eh. I don't really lift weights. It's not an exercise thing I really got into. I do just about everything but lift weights actually. I think I have a couple Dragonforce songs already. But yes, it is good to listen to fast paced music when running. Definitely helps.

what!? no ones said eye of the tiger yet. guess that's just a given. well it really depends on your life style. everyone will like different things and will be effected by them differently.... expect eye of the tiger, you cant listen to that with out feeling like Rockey regardless.
