(Don't Rate) Aer, the quote means that juvenile delenquency is a by-product of the baby boomer generation, and the negative impact they have made on the world. It says that the irresponsible social and environmental actions of my parents's generation is the reason for the angst, disillusionment and delenquency so prevalent in today's society.

 All that is defined mostly to the large cities, juvenile delinquency is underlined, thus parents think something is going wrong with the environment. Adults create the world, children live it. Juvenile delinquency is always rooted in adult delinquency. And in this process, parents are to blame when children grow up among adults who refuse to recognize anything that is fine and good, or worthy of respect.

I don't know what to say really, its a simple sig, some text. But I don't know what any of it means and the sig isn't very attractive so I can't give a great score. 3/10. Sorry. T_T

Looks pretty, but the red is a tad obnoxious. It'd help if you toned that down a little bit. I can't tell what the blue bubble is either. The little decoration down the side looks nifty, though.
