((Guess we can try and keep this alive for a while.))
Yori was able to calm his mind down quickly, he was always adept at doing that. He began to count, hoping that the jounin that had gone to deal with the Akatsuki member behind him had done what he needed to do so he could draw some attention. I'm want to draw attention to myself, now I think I'm starting to go insane. Yori consentrates his chakra into his feet, preparing to make a quick attack. At the count of 30, he would run up the tree, turn around, find visual contact with the Akatsuki member, and strike. 1....2....3....4....Screw it, 30. Patience lost, blood boiling, and a little afraid, he acts sooner then he would normally. He runs up the tree, his chakra keeping him attached to the tree, finding a branch in the place he needed it, he runs upside down, down the length of it. He was lucky enough to catch sight of the jounin right infront of the Akatsuki memeber and he was attacking! Best to give him back-up. And he starts throwing himself from branch to branch, closing the distance as quickly as he can. His dagger still held by his teeth, blacker then night.

Name: Kouta Hiroke (first,last)
Age: 17 Gender: Male Personality: Kouta is a calm type of person, acting only when needed. On the contrary though, he has an unquenchable thirst for blood and death. He enjoys the feel of a squirming victim slowly dieing with his hands at their throat. Clothes: when not wearing the traditional Akatsuki robes, or when fighting, Kouta wears loose black pants and normal nin sandals. he wears his headband, mist with a slash through, around his upper arm. Appearance: Aside from Kouta's clothing, he has a crossed shaped scar on his right cheek. and has black tattoos running from the base of his spine to the tips of his fingers. with a deep mediteranian tan. Kouta has silver hair that reaches down to his shoulders. Weapon: Eternal Erradicator, Demon Hunter Weapon Description: Eternal is a special made Katana, once weilded by a legend of swordsmanship. it was made by a master blacksmith on top of a, now extinct, valcano. making this blade unbreakable, and theonly sword that wont break when used for Iaido. Demon Hunter is a bow specifically created by Kouta Hiroke for the purpose of assassination. It’s a unique bow colored black with red trim, however what makes it unlike the longbows most mist ninja use it is one of the few compound bows created. This means that it takes less effort to hold the arrow back once it has been pulled so a shot can be lined up easier without ones arms getting tired and letting the arrow fly to easily. In addition its design propels arrows with more force than the standard longbow, the bows construction also makes it less vulnerable to damage by wheather. Village: mist (missing nin) Clan: none Character’s Rank: S-rank missing nin Kekkei Genkai (description): He has the ability to control his tattoos (detach from his body and attack. Im not sure whether this is a kekkei genkai or not. but nowere else to put it.) Main Jutsu Type(s): Unmatched Taijutsu, almost no other skill aside from Amazing Chakra control. Justu List: Iaido Techniques. *Note: Any sword used for Iaido besides Kouta Hiroke's Eternal Erradicator will break after 15 techniques due to extreme forces it is exposed to.* Shinsoku (God Speed): An Iaido user will naturally develop the trait known as god speed, or Shinsoku after practicing the style for some time. Essentially the user becomes accustomed to moving at the higher speeds necessary for Iaido, thus it is easier for them to accelerate to top speed in a less amount of time. In addition the reaction time of Iaido users is higher than that of normal swordsmen because the style is essentially all about assassinations or counters. Shinsoku is also called ‘speed which the eyes cannot follow’, meaning that the movements of an Iaido technique are often difficult for normal eyes to track, but not impossible if the opponent is a high ranking ninja or has an ocular clan ability. Basic strike: Form one of Iaido is basically the beginning draw of the sword, it is the first technique that a practioner of the style will learn and master. The principle behind it is the user will force the swords edge against the sheath, thus when it is totally unsheathed the friction is released and the resulting strike is much swifter and stronger than a normal swing. However, all Iaido techniques share a common weakness, they leave the user in a vulnerable stance following the strike, so if the blow doesn’t connect they’re in serious danger. This move increases in power as the user increases in Iaido skill, thus a master of the technique can use it with deadly efficiency. Nibai Ryu Futan (Double dragon charge): An add on to the original move. Should the user miss with the form 1 strike they become quite vulnerable, this move seeks to counter that. The user will follow up with an attack using the sheath of the sword at the same speed as an Iaido strike, hopefully knocking back an opponent should the first strike miss. Tatsumaki jiten (tornado spin): The user will draw their sword and use the force of the draw to spin them around and get behind an opponent, then follow the spin with a cut to the back or any section of the opponent, the force being amplified by centrifugal force. This move is especially effective at dodging charges, but should the target find a way to interrupt the spin the user will be left vulnerable. If combined with chakra this can generate a minor wind barrier for a second which can deflect minor projectiles. Ryūmeisen (Dragon Howl Strike): An inverted Iaido strike (thus unstead of god speed drawing it becomes god speed sheathing). The user will rapidly sheath their sword, striking the interior with the edge of the blade creating sonic waves. These are extremely high pitched and will throw off the equilibrium in a targets mind making them be less balanced and therefore less dangerous, this is especially useful against people using sense increasing genjutsu. Izuna shuuha (Flying rope wave): The only long range move found in Iaido, and one of the few developed to be used in conjuction with ninjutsu. The user will gather chakra to the edge of their sword while it is still sheathed. Following this they release the strike like a faster version of the initial strike, however the chakra on the edge of the sword causes the air around the blade to part creating a vacuum. The resulting vacuum blade travels forward at the target and is capable of cutting through most substances with relative ease. It is easy to see coming due to the distortions in the air it causes as it moves, but it moves at a relatively fast pace so dodging too late could result in a serious wound. Shuntensatsu (Instant Heaven Kill): The ultimate Iaido technique, pushing the users body beyond the speed of Shinsoku. The speed required for this technique is known as Shukuchi (reduced earth) also known as ‘speed which does not appear in sight’, and to the untrained eye it would appear as if the user had vanished upon initiating this technique. However using Shukuchi is like opening the inner gates, the body is simply not meant to move at those speeds regardless of how well conditioned it is. The user of this technique will receive extreme damage to their legs upon its completion, making it impossible to use Iaido techniques until they are healed while seriously hindering their movement. The upside to this move is the speed at which it goes causes it to be the single deadliest strike in all of Iaido. The user will move at extreme speed, driving all chakra to their legs, while doing the initial draw of Iaido and going into Shinsoku speed, boosting their speed to that of Shukuchi. This causes the blade to move at nearly incomprehensible speeds, this allows it to slice through almost anything and cause serious to fatal wounds when it connects. However if an opponent is killed in this way, they will die before the pain of the blow strikes. Ranged Attacks- Chakra Arrows the only chakra weapon Kouta has. he collects Chakra into his hand and manipulatesit into an arrow. the chakra arrow then hardens and becomes extremly sharp. Taka Ya: Hawk arrow: (Requires a bow, Hidden Mist only): The user gather chakra to their arrow before shooting it, causing the arrow to be quicker and more powerful. Rasen-Ya: Spiral Arrow: (Requires a bow, Hidden mist only) The user gathers a large amount of chakra to the tip of an arrow and causes it to rotate similar to rasengan. The resulting arrow is much stronger and can pierce through certain obstacles to strike its target. Requires 1 turn of preparation. Mokumoku-Ya: Silent Arrow: (Requires a Bow, hidden mist only). The user will line the arrow with chakra reducing the sound it makes when it passes through the air and making it harder to track back to the user. Multi arrow: (Requires a Bow, Hidden mist only) Available to those who have become proficient with bows. The user can now fires multiple arrows instead of one. Teleportation: perfect control of god speed allows for the user to appear like he is teleporting around the opponent. Blind fight: Knowing his techniques were of no use on highly trained genjutsu users, Kouta trained his hearing to perfection. apon his command Kouta can hear up to a pin droping an inch distance from 100 meters away. Short History: Kouta, Before joining the Akatsuki at 15, lived in the mist village. Kouta became a captain of a special branch of the AMBU black ops being world renowned for his Iaido techniques as an assassin. But, growing bored of the annoyences of the village, he left. Before leaving, though, Kouta wanted to leave his mark on the village. He was going to kill the mizukage. During the dead of night, Kouta was outside the Kage's window. Aligning his arrow, Kouta was at full concentration. he realeased the arrow causing it to fly at bullet-like speeds, only to hit a substitution. the real Kage attacked Kouta from behind with two Wakizashi's. Kouta turned and jumped back to only get cut on his cheek, leaving the scar. not having his sword, Kouta was forced to retreat using his god speed. He grabbed Eternal from where he left it on his way over the gate of his village. A year later, he was a member of the akatsuki. Anything Else: an application for akatsuki, if it wasn't obvious. i intentialy made him rather strong due to all akatsuki are immensly strong will change if needed Last edited by shaolin136 : 08-10-2008 at 01:18 AM. |
